Every Click Counts- Knowbe4 Cyber Awareness Platform for All
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 can provides ongoing, customizable phishing simulations that mimic real attacks. it also helps employees recognize and respond to phishing in a safe environment. Knowbe4 provides a wide variety of training materials (videos, games, quizzes, posters) in multiple languages. Providing material in multiple language is one of the very good feature for Global organizations. Phish Alert tool is very useful for employee's to report the suspicious email. Risk scoring and reporting options are best to visualize the current situation and what action need to take to improve the overall security maturity of organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is available which I personally dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 platform having multiple features and by using such training and awareness features, we were able to resolve several critical problems related to Human errors. Earlier several problems we were facing such as how to measure the security awareness, employees was not able to recognize the phishing. But once we started utilizing the knowbe4 platform we observed that the security maturity level of organization enhanced and improved.

KnowBe4 helps address the human factor in cybersecurity by reducing phishing and social engineering risks through continuous training and simulations. It has improved our employees' awareness, reduced incidents, and made security a shared responsibility across the organization.

Sometimes can be tricky to configure according to best practices, ask a KnowBe4 rep for guidance

the training is great for beginners, but for more experienced or technical employees, the modules can feel too simplistic or repetitive.

KnowBe4 Changed Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using KnowBe4 Security Awareness training we were using another product. The product we were using was good, but not great! The thing I like best about KnowBe4 is the variety of material that is offered. There seems to be a training for everything that we need. The message of the training gets delivered in a short concise way which works well in my environment as everyone is busy and finding time is a challenge.

NA. At the moment the training program meets my needs.
