User friendly platform with robust features
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is very user friendly. Very easy to organize content in many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn Learning integration could work a bit smoother. Sometimes the import works well and at other times it doesn't work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking learning on the go. Use the platform for sales enablement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide as much information as you can on how you want to use Docebo by accesisng the needs of the company and providing use cases. This will help determine if Docebo is a good fit or not. I found this to helpful in the LMS selection process. And, I highly recommend paying the $7,500 one time implementation fee. If you're doing multiple integrations this is a must to have the techncial support and guidance. Well worth the money.
Flexible & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
To meet the constant changing organization and requirements of our learning audience, it is imperative that a system managing our users and content can adapt to any and every possible enablement strategy. Usually systems with that level of flexibility and configure-ability become administratively complex as they need controls and support to evolve and adapt. What we like best about Docebo is that it is extremely configurable and flexible yet simple and intuitive to control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little long in the ticket support process. I recognize there are a great deal of customers to support but sometimes it feels like the resolve times are too long. However, communication is good throughout the process so even though it may take a while, you know where you stand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a serious cross collaboration problem within our businesses. Knowledge capture and Knowledge sharing are a high priority and Docebo has helped us respond quickly. We have seen increased speed and output of knowledge objects especially with C&S

The people make the product
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's team of talent worked alongside us every step of the way to support successful delivery of our WBT goals. They customized our learning plan, provided a high degree of support, and shared best practices to ensure we were set up correctly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes to report. It was difficult having now LMS administrator experience, yet with Docebo's team of talent, we received the support we needed to meet our goals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to delivery training just-in-time differentiated to individuals in various departments. Our Global Support Organization was the first to recognize the value of Docebo. Since Bootcamp implementation, they've seen a reduction in ramp time from 11 months to 90 days, and seen increases in NPS and case closure rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many LMS platforms deliver similar features, Docebo's differentiator is the people!
Docebo Review
What do you like best about the product?
How adaptive Docebo is and how much the team continues to innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system does not let you go “back in time”. There is nothing set up to auto enrol people from things they no longer need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve driven a much higher learner engagement with Docebo. It allows us to use gamification elements, notifications and surveys all within the system allowing our Docebo platform to be the hub of learning for our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a solid plan about what you want to achieve. While adaptive, it can be cumbersome to “undo” what you have done to move in a different direction. (Ie change learning plans, you will still have old users in associated courses until you manually remove them from each course)
Partners in performance
What do you like best about the product?
It's beyond the brilliantly designed user experience or even the cutting edge technology that continues to be push the bar of whats possible. What I like best is the partnership and the people. Ive always felt important and a part of development of the platform. Feedback is always taken and they really invest in making the platform work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so much in development and a strong platform its hard to say i dislike anything. There is functionality i would like to see but the roadmap that is shared looks promising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally it was an engaging platform that would drive adoption. This was successful and what we realized is content being the next phase to that adoption strategy. Content that goes beyond role or compliance to personal growth.
Business Systems Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Docebo is! We were able to take the platform and make it our own. The highest complement I get from our customers is that it's user friendly. The Docebo platform is easy for any level learner to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the reporting features to be improved! We have a lot of customers who request reports and right now all you can get from Docebo is an exported CSV. Although, it's filled with useful information, the design of it leaves something to be desired. It would nice if I didn't have to use an API to get my reports to be readable. Thankfully, I have brought this up to the Docebo team and they have it on the road-map to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Docebo as learning platform for people outside of our organization to learn more about the products we sell.
Using Docebo to Access Existing Learning
What do you like best about the product?
The customization options for Docebo's homepage and UI are huge factors for our organization. We care about our brand and look and feel, and needed that level of customization. Also, the ability to cluster courses in different ways for different audiences is fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting does leave a little bit to be desired. I would love if they had more options for custom reporting. The data exists in the system, we just need to get it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is a powerful tool for allowing our organization to share training across departments, and to enable our learners to engage in their learning socially. Docebo has already helped us communicate on a more global training strategy
Friendly, global, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo have a very uder/customer friendly approach. Our Customer Success Manager is always there for us and open to listen to any issue/feedback we have. He is always very optimistic and enthusiastic, constantly trying to keep us in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
unfortunately, there have been moments (issues) where Docebo has not been able to provide us with what we need (e.g. running platform on older Android devices, gamification badges on mobile, branded app support)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is our first LMS provider
Great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to handle, many functions and possibilities, branded material, great helpdesk
What do you dislike about the product?
The few PDF-reports; excel is sometimes not appropriate for some topics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now offer a global development, users can upload their specific knowledge, less administrative workload
Customer-first experience
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing implementation and helpdesk team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features seem more like bugs such as course ratings filter (see ticket 92081) and auto enrollment in all courses in a learning plan skews report results (see ticket 96466)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater UI flexibility and course building depth
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay for the implementation expertise. It was well worth it.
