Very good product with potential
What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks professional and is customizable.
The possibility to add multiple domains is a USP for us.
Our CSM (Jihane) is doing an excellent job. She is getting out of her way to push our issues internally and supports us to solve problems.
The API is very good and helps us automate many processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functionalities, like groups or automation tools, have substantial limitations. The concept of "ideas" feels like a way to park our suggestions forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we offer our clients the option of "white-labeling" their experience, Docebo is an integral part of our product. It is also an important USP. The performance has not yet increased significantly, but we are working on automating many processes.
Very comprehensive LMS
What do you like best about the product?
One standout and highly beneficial aspect of Docebo is its capability to generate comprehensive reports and analytics. This feature plays a crucial role in empowering me to make well-informed decisions when conducting business. Through these reports, I am able to identify areas that require further improvement and effectively gauge the success of our efforts in each of these areas. Overall, this functionality in Docebo aids in enhancing decision-making and measuring the overall progress of our business endeavors.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Docebo that could be improved is its mobile application, which appears less appealing and offers limited features and capabilities compared to its desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo proved to be instrumental in resolving various challenges I encountered, particularly in streamlining training and development processes within my company for both employees and customers/clients, as it served as an effective Learning Management System (LMS).
Stable LMS with room for ILT, reporting, and managerial/feedback improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Courses and pathways are clear, visibility into individual performance is clear, automations and assignments are easy, and internal company structure/hierarchy mirroring and leveraging is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to have managers automatically review the submissions and "homework" of their direct reports. Inability to have checklists that link to required courses to track and report on onboarding and continued L&D progress. While the central repository is helpful as a library to hold all primary content, it doesn't have enough filtering options or identifiable criteria to find what you need, so external organization of all content is required. ILTs are complex and difficult to administer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to automate and streamline onboarding, continued learning and development, and corporate required trainings across our company. This gives back time to our enablement teams to focus on L&D strategy and programs with less manual admin work.

Still learning the ropes, but so far I like it all!

The user interface is great! Easy to use and the learners love it. From an admin standpoint, everything is easy to setup up and top-notch customer service.

Our biggest complaint is with reporting. Needs more flexibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Docebo has a mobile app that allows you to access your content on the go, it's not as comprehensive as the web version. Some of the features, such as gamification and analytics, are not available on the app, and you may experience some glitches or delays when using it

Comprehensive LMS solution that is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has very modern user interface that is easy to navigate. It helps us to develop training content for the team to train either on new technology or improving their skills on sales. It offers many customizable options and it easy to add content from various sources. Docebo offers an easy way track each employee progress and aslo customer support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain so far .The platform has been very helpful and it's very stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is a very easy to use platform and requires very minimal training. Support team staff are very friendly and ready to help. Being cloud based we are able to access the application from anywhere and their pricing is relatively fair.
In the last 9 months I got the chance to experience and experiment with this platform in depth.

There are many things that I like about this platform. Among the myriad reasons, what stands out is the availability of customization and configuration within the website that is also easy to understand and implement simultaneously.
It took me around a few weeks to find my way around the platform, and the Knowledge Base Articles were a big help in understanding Docebo very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike, although there are few improvements that can be made in the Web Based Training Courses where Scorm Files are used to display the content which causes the website layout to break at times for different screen sizes and make the controls and description of the courses to overflow from its container.

Docebo is the first LMS cross-platform that is have used so far as an Admin. The Knowledge Base Article has helped me a lot to grasp in-depth knowledge to understand and easy to navigate the platform, starting from creating a User manually, creating courses, and enrolling users into the courses etc...

Docebo is a pricy platform, but it's totally worth it because It gives value for your money. It is just the best learning management system.

Docebo provides comprehensive reports with analytics which helps in better decisions making. It has also improved our organization's learning process.
