What do you like best about the product?
Docebo stands out as one of the most robust providers in the L&D industry, offering an extensive range of features and capabilities within their platform. I have consistently appreciated the level of functionality and the possibilities it presents.
Furthermore, my experience collaborating with Docebo has been highly satisfying. The communication and partnership with my Docebo business contacts have been exceptional. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding support and expertise provided by our Customer Success Manager, James. Collaborating with James has not only been seamless but also an enriching experience, as he consistently imparts valuable insights and knowledge.
Overall, I am genuinely pleased with the collaboration and the learning outcomes achieved through our relationship with Docebo.

What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of new releases and prioritising: Managing the constant stream of functionality and product releases can be challenging. Some products within the platform seem to be incomplete, and it would be more beneficial to prioritise the growth and development of existing products rather than introducing new ones.
In terms of learning admin experience: There is a noticeable skill and knowledge gap among L&D professionals when it comes to utilising the platform's functionality. E.g., a lack of programming knowledge and limited resources from IT departments makes it more difficult to effectively maintain the system.
In terms of learners: Docebo should be more learner-centred. I've noticed that there are very simple features missing from the platform, that should exist. For example, it would greatly enhance the user experience to have filtering capabilities within the platform, particularly when utilising the content marketplace. Learners should be able to filter courses by topic, level, provider, etc. A stronger focus on accessibility is needed, such as providing options for dark/light mode throughout the platform.
While recognizing that Docebo is a business, there are instances where the requirement to purchase additional components for simple tasks seems illogical or challenging to justify.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo provides our company with a centralised space where we can create our own go-to digital learning platform and customise learners' experiences.
A solution to our learning needs
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has provided us the tools we need to educate our staff, our Member Organisations (MOs) and the MOs members all in one system. The flexibility to provide users unique experiences based on various options has been vital to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Docebo provides quite a bit of flexibility, with our federated model, the system isn't flexible enough in some areas. But that being said, changes/updates are being done regularly to get us toward the system setup we would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to educate our federation has always been at the heart of what a system needed to do. Our previous system would allow for this, but it was technically a challenge for our administration team and the admins at our Member Organisations (MOs). Some of our MOs couldn't even leverage our older system for their unique needs because it was so technically difficult.
Moving to Docebo has made it much easier for us and our MO admins to manage the user experience, and with that, we have increased the usage of our system, and users are happy...that is key - the user is happy and they return to the system now vs. abandoning it like before.

A Great Learning Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The way Docebo makes doing the simple things, simple. Including adding courses, sharing courses, building a page, enrolling people to courses, running reports on who has completed what courses, etc. The stuff that should be easy to do, is easy to do.
The custiomer service has been excellent. Wwatching videos in the Docebo University training tool works to a degree, but being able to to speak to someone and get live advice has been incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar invitations are not automatically generated for an individual when they enroll onto a particular session. We are building a modular training programme that should be completely self-service, but this not being included as a basic function is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the simple things simple, while also making more complex tasks managable, these include building multiple connected pages, linking to external content, SSO and the mobile display options
Has definitely improved over the past year and fits our needs

What do you dislike about the product?
Things you would expect to happen naturally in the system have to be set up via webhook which uses a lot of technical resource time. Disappointed in the UI, but not the worst LMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform for our customers, partners, and employees and this was one of three LMS's we evaluated that fit the bill there. I wish engagement was better on the employee standfront.
The Most Beautiful LMS in the Morden Technology.

Docebo is very helpful and a full featured LMS interface that allows users to meet the needs of multiple departments, trainers and students. It has got the ability to customize pages and reports. Through this application and as intuitive learning management software, there's a lot of improvement and a great increase performance. With Docebo you don't need to have experience or technical knowledge to use it. Everything is cloud based.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet so far to drop as a dislike. Some slight challenges we encountered were solved by the supporting team behind this platform. Docebo meets company requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved us money and resources. All reporting done is just but a push of a button. We no longer do the spreadsheets that consume much time and money to create.
