What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other DAM products that we evaluated prior to choosing OL CORTEX/DAM, Cortex was the most user friendly and functional and fulfilled all of our business needs. Since we launched our business Cortex has continued to improve with updates and has proved to be an extremely reliable platform.

We feel confident that our assets, which is our business, are fully protected and safe with Cortex, and being able to manage all aspects of the product via the Cloud allows our team to be on top of things even when working from different locations around the country.

The Cortex team worked with us to create an end user platform where the look and feel is beautiful and is matched by unparalleled performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much negative about the product to report. There are certain tools that we would suggest minor worlfow revisions on if we used them more frequently, and we have found the OL team to be open to our suggestions when applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex allows us to manage all of our DAM needs both internally and with our client base through our website www.citizenstock.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you speak with the team at OL make sure you have a clear vision of what you expect Cortex/Dam to do for you business. The more that is worked out at the beginning the more satisfied you will be with the end product.
