I would recommend Thoughtspot to anyone and to any company for it is a very easy to use cloud with free trials. Also, it has an excellent and responsive support data visualization functionalities giving the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that ThoughtSpot has evolved impressively throughout our journey with it. Its introduction of GenAI tools like Spotter and Sage have revolutionized our manual searches and build visualizations. For example, I can simply ask plain-language questions about causes that have resulted in changes in data and get insightful answers along with visual explanations. The AI highlights and KPI monitor have been extremely helpful for real-time alerts and for analyzing performance changes saving us a lot of time. Over time, ThoughtSpot has also significantly improved its mobile experience by bringing in real-time updates and campaign tracking while I'm away from desk. Overall, it is way more intelligent and collaborative now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve around the AI tools can be a bit steep for users with less technical expertise. This could be worked on by offering more coaching and explanation of how AI reached its conclusions and the processes behind it. Another issue that can be worked on is the customer support responsiveness. Recently when we ran into configuration issues, it took a significantly long time to get a resolution. Having access to experts quickly through a streamlined process would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization was looking for an easy yet efficient way to manage data and analytics without having any paper record. We found ThoughSpot and started using it to get detailed student insights and competitor's data and the trends in the industry. It is an amazing tool that has helped us extensively in managing data and financial services like scholarships without any hassles.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature of thoughtspot is how it enables you to perform a real time search on cloud databases like snowflake and big query. I also like the speed with which you can perform search with large data sets. The natural language processing is another key feature of thoughtspot as it allows you to search in natural language. The ease of use of this tool is also outstanding.I like how this tool allows anyone to comfortably analyze data without the need of having a data analyst. SpotIQ is another outstanding feature that allows you to get insights that you would otherwise have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about thoughtspot because it has met all our expectations since implementation. Querying is quite simple with this tool. It uses machine learning and AI capabilities to give you an amazing user experience.

We use thoughtspot in our company to get insights from our company data which are very important in the decision making process. Its intuitive nature has enabled more people in our company to perform data analytics even with no technical knowledge on this field. This has brought self service analytics for users. It is also used to generate reports.

A system that really helps!
What do you like best about the product?
ThoughtSpot allows quick and simple visualization of complex data in a way that would have previously taken significant time to do in excel. This has saved me significant amounts of time in my day-to-day role, allowing me to focus on taking that information and making informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about the system, but as with all new technology, there is a bit of a learning curve, and it can take some time to ensure that the data you put into the system is set up in a way to get the best results.

Ad-hoc analysis of complex data in excel used to take significant amounts of time; ThoughtSpot has allowed this analysis to be done in a significantly quicker and more efficient way - saving time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating reports based on the metrics you're looking for. Not only that, but once you have a report template, you can easily add new columns to your report based on your KPI's.
I like how you can share your pinboard with other members of the company, so you're not having to re-create the wheel every time a different user wants the same report.
I like how you can add visual graphs to the pinboard and it's not just the data, but I also like that you can export the data into excel so you or your customer can manipulate the data to achieve the look and feel you're looking for.

There's not really anything that I don't like. In fact, I wish I had more access to the backend features (and not just our engineering team), so I could create even more reports.

We're able to solve a lot. We can pull a full list of our content, customer content consumption, insights on individual courses, etc.

They have great support, and overall, it's a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
A self-service, user-friendly platform that doesn't need an analyst to get answers from business data, and the AI aspect answers questions I would not have thought to ask. There are managed service options where I could start small and grow rather than having to go for the enterprise option from the start.

As it's still new to the market compared to other analytics solutions, some functions need further development; however, that's part of evolving.

It's a new product that we have added to our BI suiite of applications, so we are still evaluating the AD Sync, which appears to be not as simple. But I still recommend the tool.

Quick analytics at the hands of our business users. The benefits we have realized thus far is the ease of use to leverage ThoughtSpot with Snowflake to quickly get to finding answers related to across account savings for our clients, quickly identify CRE space and lease opportunities across our portfolio.
