Indent creation and vehicles location tracking is better in Pando system.
Freight charges are posted as per Transporter rate approval. Vehicle Tracking system also good

CFT issues-for lesser or slight higher cases pando do not create indent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can select the area where we want to send container and through Pando it can check by our transporter. We can check the containers where where and how many days its are lying in different areas.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for less manual work and we get the updates in timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less parameter are their for operating freight management with transporter some other parameter should be added like KM, Transit time, this all should be auto calclauted to concise reports and managing things in less time manner.

What do you like best about the product?
-The easy to use navigate interface
-Very straight forward packing and shipping process
-The ability to view the history of the delivery as it was processed and shipped.

- Performace when consolidating and attempting to ship large orders it can be really slow to process.
- In order to adjust user role privileges it will require Pando techs to change.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old packing and shipping solution was at end of life and was no longer supported. Pando has been able to replace that prior solution and add additional functionallity that wasn't present with the prior solution.
Packing is made easy and Pando team works swiftly on helping guide through it.

Step by step process is easy and easy to learn.

Minor lags between screen shifts causing a delay in packing from time to time
