Predictive Transportation Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
With Pando we are able to be effective in carrier move optimization. We can efficiently collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders in our supply chain to coordinate shipments and share data and resources effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the User interface for better usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system optimizes the loading of vehicles, making sure that they are fully utilized while adhering to weight and size restrictions. This reduces the number of partially empty trucks on the road
Highly Recommend Pando's services to anyone looking for a TMS system.
What do you like best about the product?
The staff at Pando has been extremely helpful. Must give a shoutout to Sasi Kumar, Ainesh Ramachandran and Anupriya Nayak. I know there is also many others behind the scene that have given great support. The training on the system and the test cases were extremely helpful in preparing us for the go live dates. The system is very easy to navigate and has given us much more visilbity on the Logistics side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything right now. There has been instances where something might not be working properly or pulling properly in the system, but each time the PANDO team has been able to fix it relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us more visisilbity of where all of our containers are at any given time, which is something we did not have with our previous system. The freight audit part of the system ensures we are getting invoiced the proper amounts for customs, freight and drayage bills. We have already found incorrect invoices and kicked them back to our providers while using the freight audit system in PANDO.
Working well but need to resolve the minor issues and inconveniences
What do you like best about the product?
The web app can perform daily warehouse functions such as keeping track of what items have been packed into a carton, keeping track of what deliveries have shipped and left the building, and keeping track of what stage a delivery is in during the packing and shipping process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are inconveniences that it feels like the team has to work around. We had issues where the scanner APK will kick a user out and we need to log back into the scanner. Keeping track of user productivity is tough since we do not have a dashboard keeping track of data live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pando is assisting in the packing of product, assisting in making sure we are following proper safety guidelines for packing and shipping product, and assisting in tracking what stage a delivery is in during the packing and shipping process.

What do you like best about the product?
We can now choose the right truck for the material mix and category to account for differences in density and volumetric weights. We are now able deliver on time every time through automated order clubbing and optimized routing.

What do you like best about the product?
Use route, load, cost, and SLA parameters to flexibly plan and optimize your shipments. Adapt your dispatch plans to fit the specific constraints at different levels like lane, SKU, and carrier.

The most recent updates and changes on the product needs to be communicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to prevent disruptions in dispatch, match the delivery date we promised to customers with the delivery date we are capable of.

What do you like best about the product?
The PANDO helps to track the movement of vehicle especially with regards to transporter & customer link.
What do you dislike about the product?
PANDO is quite loose in terms of various levels of systemic controls

Tracking of tracing of transporter movement has eased out and indenting of transporters have also helped us in transport management.

It assists in preserving and overseeing the expenses associated with freight, capturing delays caused by transporters, and upholding service level agreements (SLAs).

There is not issue some times the system is very slow and not works at all.
