Pando is easy to do dispatches
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly with lot of features to enable the users to track the dispatches online basis in an effective manner . Pando provides lot of support to customers. Its very automative to reduce manual interventions. transporters and vendors can eaily track their bills in the portal .

Clearly states that Pando goes beyond mere fulfillment of expectations

Pando helps in avoiding the manual intervention for the below process:-
1. Vehicle placements & transporter's performance tracker
2. Transporter Freight Bill Payment Clearance
3. Easily track to vehiclue utlization and FG Dispatches

From implementation, through deployment, and all the way to adoption, pando is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
All modules are working as expected. The tracking & payments processes have now become simpler for our teams. The route optimization & truck load building capabilities have significantly reduced the workload on our teams as they have been automated.
ERP integration with SAP ECC & S4 Hana is seamless.
Pando support team is very helpful and always been there for users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slight imrpovements can be seen with respect to integartion in payment module to ERP system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All process were manual and pando has helped digitalise the entire logitics process from procurement to payment ensuring that our team can discover opportunities to optimise.

No matter the number of shipments, pando can quickly prepare daily dispatch plans for my team to execute easily.

Rarely any issues i have faced.but overal pando is working fine

Before pando, we were doing despatch plan manually and cost management was very difficult.With pando, it has become easy to load trucks that makes it more efficient and cost effective.

User-friendly interface and quick setup, Reliable assistance whenever you need it.Excellent Indent Management, Track and Trace, and Payment modules deliver outstanding results and possible to connect with external softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike. We are getting everything that was expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this implementation, we're able to track shipment status at every stage in real time, from vehicle placement to delivery. Our warehouse and transporters can submit POD instantly, facilitating quicker claim settlements and payment processing. All debit adjustments are managed through the system, eliminating the need for manual calculations.
Pando Automates Freight Procurement Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly and the program is very easy to use. The Pando Team has made it to implement the product, hand holds us offering great customer service. I use the product pretty frequently (every week to ensure the freight procurement is efficient).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now, the product works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the work was done in Excel before which included a lot of manual work and formulas. There were also a lot of emails going back and forth with other parties. Most of these processes have been automated by the use of Pando.
The time spent on the RFQ creation has been significanltly reduced by using Pando.

Amazing and easy-to-use user interface with a better than expected optimization
What do you like best about the product?
- Very easy to use and intuitive interface : Only basic training is needed and user can figure out how to use Pando
- Seamless integration with existing ERP system : example with ORACLE which minimizes downloading and uploading data
- Flexibility : Users have plenty of scope to configure Pando to the unique requirements / needs of the organization and the setup
- Integrated with transporters and suppliers : Ease of logging in and updating shipment data (by suppliers / transporter) provides useful additional info on shipment status for the user (buyer)
- Fast customer support : I have not experierenced any significant delays from Pando team in resolving and fixing isses, especially during the infant care period
- Seamless integration with existing ERP system : example with ORACLE which minimizes downloading and uploading data
- Flexibility : Users have plenty of scope to configure Pando to the unique requirements / needs of the organization and the setup

User has to be careful about the accruacy of data uploaded into Pando - as it is a data driven software, data inaccuracies will result in meaningless output.

Prior to implementing Pando, TMS (Transportation Management System) was largely manual, person driven and un-optimized for cost saving.
The inherent complexity of the eco-system and data prevented anlaytics to be carried out for arriving at transportation consolidation decisions.
With Pando, this has changed significantly. Based on the available transportation options at a given time, the software finds the best way of shipping products at optimized cost. Our organization benefited from ease of managing TMS and saving of transporation cost after implementing Pando.

PANDO is great for Transportation Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Pando TMS helps plan efficient routes and consolidate loads, reducing fuel consumption and improving resource utilization. It helps us for proceeding freight invoice in faster way. We can also save cost with the help of invoice discounting option of Pando portal. It helps us to monitor delivery status of parcel vendor through interface (integration). Anyone can use Pando TMS portal with the help of SOP document which is prepared by Pando team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transportation management system software have minor IT related bugs that can be enhanced. Pando support team resolves issue on time as per SLA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital invoice and POD. There is no need to submit hard copy of invoice and POD for proceeding freight invoice payment.
