One of the best products we use
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is far and away one of the best products we use for our business. It not only improves everyone's writing, but helps us be on brand. The custom style guide is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Microsoft Office plug-ins could use some improvements, as well as the dual monitor settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos, off-brand, sticking to a style guide, etc.
Helpful in checking grammar and writing to the point.
What do you like best about the product?
The settings for documents to be formal and business oriented. Also, it helps eliminate passive writing when a more direct approach is best. I just used it here!
What do you dislike about the product?
That the grade level is not readily found. I like to write for a 6th grade level when writing solicitation letters to raise money. Being able to write at a specific comprehension is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve the grammatical inconsistencies with my and my colleague's writing. I am the main editor for all our publications and letters but I work with everyone's drafts.
The Perfect Tool to Get Writing Done & On the Same Page
What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights that Grammarly Business can provide on my team's writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to business and grammarly in general is the bugginess on certain platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping my team improve their grammar when writing. As a content team, they are constantly writing content each week and Grammarly is helping them perfect it.
It has been super helpful! I truly use it every day.
What do you like best about the product?
It actually helps improve my grammar and sentence structure. It helps cut down on the length of my emails as well. It catches things that typical auto correct doesn't catch, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Grammarly Business is the circle icon that prompts for suggestions. I wish it was a bit more minimal, or didn't come up at the center of my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving issues that I have around 1.) overly long emails 2.) incorrect grammar 3.) poor spelling. I know that my sentences could be stronger and it helps me fix this quickly, while also helping me learn.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The integration across a variety of applications, websites and web browsers allows for my work to be consistent in tone and style no matter where we are writing. The ability to review my team member's added words and our team's style guide is also great for editing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an addition is made to your style guide it does not always kick in right away. I wish the tool would use smart learning to see when I 'dismiss' changes and stop suggesting those changes in the future ex: we do not use oxford commas and no matter what, Grammerly keeps suggesting them to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acting as a first round of proofreading and copywriting.
Amazing tool for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact it lets me make corrections on the fly. It also has a very useful explanation for the edits it recommends. I feel like my productivity has improved since using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sometimes it pops up and gets in the way of my view as I type. I know there are ways to disable it in certain programs but I feel like the bubble can be annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for proofreading emails or anything I feel could benefit from some minor editing. It is very useful and helpful and I like it. I feel like it has improved my productivity.
Life saving tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps so much in improving emails, redacting contracts, thank you notes, formal letters, whatever!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something I don't like. The tool is amazing

It had greatly improved the communications and documents transcribing process
Sound More Professional with Less Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations on my phone. I send a lot of emails for my job and I appreciate that I can have the same editing capabilities on my phone and on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't play nice with certain platforms. One example is Outreach and the Outreach plug in. I send most of my emails through Outreach and the Grammarly extension doesn't always work with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me stay clear and concise in my communication. Sales emails need to be short and too the point and without errors, Grammarly helps me achieve the right tone, clarity and grammar.
Good way to expand your vocabulary
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is the access to different tools and insights into the work that the office is doing to help streamline communications and make processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to incorporate into existing grammar checking programs (ie: microsoft word will sometimes contradict grammarly and then not be able to move forward without a lot of troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that have been solved include making clearer statements and asking better questions to clarify the meaning behind words and phrases that are used by me and others.
Helpful for grammar and syntax recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the suggestions it gives for making emails easier to read and more concise. I also appreciate the tone feedback it gives so that I know whether I'm framing my emails and notes the way that I am intending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I dislike is the space the side taskbar takes on my screen. It would be nice if it the window popped up when you clicked a button for a recommendation instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the issue of needing multiple people to be constantly reviewing every document. By the time I am finished, I only need one other set of eyes and it's usually in great shape with few edits needed.
