Easy to use, and makes everyday emails sound professional.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it suggests possible changes to words and phrases! It lets me get what's on my mind out and then gives me a chance to phrase it differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes bombards me with notifications to fix a particular area, but when it is fixed, it doesn't make sense with the flow of the paragraph or sentence. If it were dismissed, I would like it to stay rejected, and they wouldn't suggest the same thing 5 times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our organization to have more professional writing. It is making sure that our employees are using the correct punction. It is nice to be able to have them quickly check without having to worry.

Grammarly is a convenient way to check the grammar basics.

The word/phrase suggestions aren't always helpful

Grammarly highlights things that can be easily missed when writing. Ex: missing commas, highlighting active voice, etc.
Amazing product for consistency and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set up a style guidebook for my team to use. It helps me to ensure that we are speaking with a consistent voice and feel in all of our communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about Grammarly. If I have to choose something, it's probably the setup can be a bit much for users that may not be very technologically savy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Grammarly for proofreading and to ensure a consistent voice and feel throughout all communications coming from my department. The grammatical proofreading has also helped to improve the quality of many staff communications.
Grammarly completely changed my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly was so easy to throw into my browser and install locally. As a premium user, I can customize the ideal tones and language preferences for me and my team to deliver our messages in a consistent tone and language, to minimize the differences in the experience our customers see from one agent to another.
I particularly like that I can add words to the dictionary, since I work with a lot of technical jargon that otherwise would get flagged constantly. And yes, I did use Grammarly on this :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions can be wrong, but you can also mark it as wrong and the team uses that feedback to improve it.
Other times, particularly when working with formatted text (inline codeblocks and hyperlinks), it can have trouble managing that all correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me adjust my tone, communicating with customers in a friendlier and more consistent manner. I'm an engineer first, and additionally am Autistic, and while I mean well I can sometimes communicate a little too directly, and Grammarly helps me make sure my tone is friendly!

Grammarly business allows you to customize your company tone and catches those minor errors that are made when typing quickly.

I don't have any dislikes. It is a great addition.

Grammarly catches grmamtical errors that occur when you are typing quickly and also makes suggestions to ensure you are reaching your tone.
How Grammarly Business Helps Me
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly Business is very clear and easy to use. I never have to question what I'm about to get when I use it. I edit at least 4 documents a week and each time Grammarly catches things I wouldn't have seen. I really appreciate that I can also check the usage of the users to ensure my team is actually using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the Safari add-on works as well as Grammarly Business or I can't tell if they're suppose to be the same thing. It isn't very good and doesn't typically work for me without having to restart it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to question whether a sentence makes sense or not because with Grammarly, it does it for me. I also can check to see how original the work is when looking for applicants for my team.
Increase Clarity - Decrease Stress
What do you like best about the product?
The clear and seamless way it monitors for issues within your writing further allows you to control the tone of your message. It is incredibly easy to use, and provides excellent flexibility in the rare moments it may get something wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report. Grammarly is an incredibly versatile tool which provides very clear guidance and feedback related to writing, while allowing the flexibility for users to personalize their experience based upon their individual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is decreasing the guesswork associated with clarity in written communication. While I use the software for email primarily, it is just as helpful in other situations, including report writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly helps me write emails for work. I feel that it understands the tone I usually use and offers helpful suggestions when I'm in a rush. Plus, the snippets action is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Grammarly Business is sometimes it offers solutions that use too many filler words. I like to be clear and concise in my emails. This doesn't always happen, though!

I love the spellcheck option of Grammarly Business, of course. However, the snippet option to capture the phrases I use often has to be my favorite. This helps me with time management for sure!
Great for browser, not so much for Office or other Programs
What do you like best about the product?
It lets me see new options for phrasing my sentences which I sometimes struggle with, along with suggesting correct punctuation. I type very fast and sometimes type in a stream of consciousness which needs grammatical corrections every once in a while
What do you dislike about the product?
When I downloaded the desktop version, it had some problems integrating smoothly and working with auto-correct in other programs. Improvements would involve better integration with 3rd party's ways of correcting grammer/spelling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how I present my e-mails to clients, so I don't sound strange in my messages. Even if a sentence is acceptable, sometimes it's nice seeing the better alternatives, or at least an alternate way of phrasing things
Amazing and user friendly. Helps a ton with quick emails.

It works insanely fluently on every possible typing aspect of your computer.

When the bubble gets in my way is really the only thing that bothers me. Sometimes I swear it moves itself.

GB makes sure that all of my programs I write are kept neat and professioinal.
