Grammarly is a great tool that I rely on every day
What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly to be amazing at helping me write complete and clear thoughts. Often I am missing articles or prepositions as I brain dump, and Grammarly is great at reminding me to put these back in
Grammarly also seems to be great an understanding when I use a business acronym, where as other spell checkers will often continually mark these for review.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is overall a great tool that has enhanced my writing across the board. The biggest issue I have with Grammarly business is the Grammarly tool tip icon often interferes with my business apps and I have to turn it off or pause to not be interfered in my work. Slack seems to have the biggest issue with the tool tip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that my user stories are constructed with clear and full sentences helps to ensure that the objectives and goals of each user story are met and understood by every stakeholder
Great system for aligning writing style and tone
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped our team align our writing style in active voice and shorten copy to be more concise and clear. With multiple writers on board, this has been critical to ensuring consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some difficulty getting Mac users able to access the tool fully. It's easier for Windows users with the add-ons provided for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency of voice and tone aligned with our brand style. We have multiple writers on board and this help us be more productive because our editing and proofreading time is lessened. As we onboard new marketers, this is a first step to help them learn our style.
Great way to turn off my brain
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that on days where I am feeling overwhelmed and just can't seem to type that, Grammerly is there to assist so I can basically switch off my brain for some of the mundane tasks I need to do for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when I'm writing my weekly WAR report, it cannot differentiate that I do not need a period at the end of my sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I write professional emails to clients, I can be sure that all my misspelled words and grammar issues will be pointed out so I can fix them.
My work emails are much more concise and professional.

I like that I get presented with several ways of wording the same idea, and I get to decide which one I prefer.

I would like more language options for Grammarly suggestions as well as spell checking

Correcting communication whenever you like!
What do you like best about the product?
It's been really helpful for writing up reports, comments, emails and over time I have learnt the correct using of grammar which I overlooked in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have Grammarly auto-enabled on startup and while I really like the convenience of having it running in the background, it's not very helpful when juggling with informal platforms such as social media, WhatsApp on desktop or Google chat where the suggestions don't always make sense. Perhaps it'll be helpful to have the option to choose auto-enabling of Grammarly for selected apps only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me write more succinct and clearly expressed reports, comments, and emails. The suggestions add value in terms of length but also correct punctuations and grammar which I overlooked in the past.
I have had a wonderful time with Grammarly.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access is what I find helpful the most. I think users like me would appreciate how helpful the MS Microsoft Office Add-On works. It helps me a lot with my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about it, but I would like you guys to incorporate AI software into your program. Well, you guys can start with the integration of ChatGPT.
Moreover, you guys need to make sure it works with Google Docs and Dropbox.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading helps with 99% of my problems. Sometimes, I miss a thing or two, like a spelling error in a document while I am reviewing it, and it helps that Grammarly Business corrects those.
A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of correcting my work as I go along, making me not have to spend a lot of time on my "flow of thought". I also love the insights in teh weekly reports

I honestly have no negatives regarding it

It takes away a lot of "for thought" time and allows me just to get everything down, basically making my productivity go up!
Awesome suggestions with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly so much because it gives suggestions on how to better word a sentence. The idea that I can make my sentences sound better, smoother, and more professional is why I keep coming back.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is, sometimes it will correct something that doesn't need to be corrected and when I do try to correct it, it doesn't actually change to the correct word, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping the business I work for in ways such as sounding professional when speaking to clients. It enhances our grammar and communication style.
Love the help with professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
I love using it for my tone and expression for emailing customers and especially internally. It helps with spelling and how you are sounding in the emails to and from.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to really dislike other than it always logs out and you are continuously having to log back in. And it is frustrating for names or things added to your dictionary always having to add them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps set the tone in an email. I love how it will give you examples to send the email versus what you have written in the email to my customers. It helps sound more profciant and inteligant.
Very Good Experience using Grammarly-Business

For me, it's the only best app out there in this domain. I used a lot of other apps, but Grammarly Business is the best when it comes to making your content sound professional.

After almost six months of using it I have not found any issues with it

Especially the proofreading it's helping me a lot, I have quite a good basis in English, but I am making lots of typo mistakes with Grammarly Business. I overcome this, and now I am happy.
