Grammarly saves lives!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly Business is its review suggestions and the ability for my entire team to access Grammarly's features. I also enjoy being able to control and manage my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not much I dislike about Grammarly Business. Grammarly Business is very versatile and can be used across various platforms. I believe the only improvement it needs is to include more languages/auto-recognize when something is in a different language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping our organization solve the problem of proofreading important documents, emails, and creative content. It not only makes our work more effective, but it frees up the time it takes to proofread to accomplish other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
it helps me a ton as I review and edit articles all day. I like that it can help correct tone and formality, since I have lots of different clients with different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Google extension editor suggests a change but then will make errors when I want it to make the edit. Sometimes it will change other portions of the article or won't work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to identify plagiarism in the writing we get from our freelancers. It also helps correct the tone and delivery of the article which is really helpful.
Worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business works across apps and programs to help my writing sound more professional; its absolute best. I love the weekly insights that are sent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes does not work correctly in Microsoft Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching misspellings, and making excellent suggestions for re-wording for professionalism. It is a time saver, for sure.
Grammarly Business Helps with Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity review of my emails is really nice. I write emails all day. Sometimes too quickly, Grammarly helps me slow down and review what I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a long time to get the Business account activated. We are a small business and customer service seemed to be more interested in large companies and individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity issues, and sometimes tense issues.
Professional Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can use grammarly on almost every application on my computer to check my spelling and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Grammarly does not use on certain applications.

Big Help, Little Cost: Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly offers a simpliefied UI that helps everyday users (or even copywriters!) catch grammatical errors in no time flat. It also works seamlessly across a number of apps, programs and websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the placement of grammarly app icon lands in a weird spot for the textbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching small typos, errors and things that aren't always the easiest to catch.
Great for professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful tool, and does a great job at quickly professionalizing a piece of writing. The "rewrite for clarity" feature is especially useful, and I use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always know how to change the settings for the spelling variants, but I think that might be user error. Also, in grant writing we use passive voice a good amount and it always flags that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick and efficient way to complement my proofreading - Grammarly Business catches things that I don't necessary see when I am looking at the writing content.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides the best interface for professionals to elevate their language skills without "clubbing you over the head" with grammar lessons. I really appreciate the subtle highlights to words and phrases that need attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. My only suggestion would be for Grammarly to offer a separate writing profile within the user profile. I'm an instructional designer, and sometimes the content doesn't allow for me to write on the same level in which I communicate professionally.

Grammarly Business is allowing me and my team to become more proficient in how we communicate with each other and across different departments within our company.
Love the insights
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the insights to my writing. The tone of the emails that I send in my line of work is especially important, as is the ability to write effectively. Grammarly helps me with this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered something that I don't like. Our company just heard about Grammarly Go and is very interested in helping our other salespeople leverage this great AI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could be writing emails all day long. Grammarly has helped to make sure my messages are on point and that I'm able to quickly handle mundane replies that would otherwise take me precious time.
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I tend to add too many details when sending emails, and Grammarly helps me get to the point and keep it simple! It helps me feel more confident when I am sending out emails and creating documentation and letters!
What do you dislike about the product?
How persistent Grammarly is when it tries to suggest an error or some sort, and you dismiss the suggestion and it's almost as though it refused to acknowledge the dismissal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When creating documentation for our members and clients, it is very helpful when it comes to simplicity and structure. It's my favourite thing to use that makes life easier for myself and the clients.
