Grammarly Is Essential for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to control the tone and always have correct punctuation for all of our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can utilize predictive text more broadly. The new feature is great, but with all of the history on our emails, I know there is much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing tone and professional emails.

Helping me correct the grammar and ensuring my communication is impactful for the audience I want to reach out to. Also, the suggestions for change of text based on tone are also really helpful.
"Must have Grammarly"
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only provides me suggestions for correcting grammar but also allows me to create "snippets" of phrases that I write often. It helps save me time and helps my communication be clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the snippets would be suggested so I could easily save them, instead of me having to manually enter them in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps correct grammar and makes communication clear

What do you like best about the product?
Since we have had Grammarly, it has improved the structure of our emails to customers and clients. When speaking of Pet Waste Management, the emails we put out are clean and definitely help with getting our message out.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downfall we have experienced with Grammarly is minimal and usually due to not picking up our words in the industry.

Speaking uniformly across the employees to customers and clients interaction.
Grammarly makes work easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a professional setting and need to be sure my grammar is correct when respond to emails. I also write brochures and again, need to be sure my wording is succinct and correct. Grammarly does the job for me. After I write something, I click on Grammarly and the system suggests edits. At the end, it will describe the tone of what I've written, sometimes encouraging me to change some words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes suggestions I don't agree with but all I have to do is dismiss the suggestion. Also, apparently I write frequently in a passive voice. It always calls me out, which is good, but I usually don't know how to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to be a better writer overall. Therefore, it makes me look better to my constituents.

I really enjoy using Grammarly in my day-to-day tasks and projects. As a communications director, I write a lot, so grammar & punctuation are extremely important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take note of certain phrases or words that I regularly use that aren't grammatically correct, but it's how we talk as a business. Allow me to permanently talk that way without going red.

I enjoy the AI tool that helps rewrite sentences and help with my tone. Can't forget the proofreading help!

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly adore that I can have snippets for any general email so I do not have to rewrite anything over and over again. I also like how they correct your form of reach to the audience for the sentence to sound more attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything specific I dislike about Grammarly. To me, it is an excellent tool for my daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time from repeating essential emails, corrects spelling that I may not be aware is incorrect, and provides a more professional prospective of words within each sentence.

The prompts provided are precise and serve as excellent reminders for the areas where I lack proficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't perceive any drawbacks. Although some of the prompts don't accurately reflect my voice, having an additional option helps me make a decision. When I ultimately choose my own words, I feel more self-assured because I had the chance to consider another option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I have my own unique writing style, I find that Grammarly Business helps to refine it. The tool enhances the quality of my work, allowing me to produce better content more consistently.

The suggestions it makes and how it allows you to proceed through the content and accept or dismiss suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the words is the suggestions are scrambled or odd. I'm not sure if our version needs to be updated or why this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the content I put out for my job is the best it can be. I like using it with team communications as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Grammarly since I started my current position in November 2021. As a social media specialist, email marketer, and broader content writer, Grammarly has been life-changing for organizing my different writing pieces. I religiously use the Grammarly desktop app anytime I have a new piece of copy to write, be it for a landing page, a social media post, or anything in between. As the writer for an international business, Grammarly has been instrumental in ensuring I use proper spelling and grammar for different regions and stay on brand with things such as the Oxford comma. I also really appreciate the tone guidelines Grammarly gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, I'm very happy with my experience with Grammarly. One thing that I wish was better is functionality across other apps, such as Google Docs. Also, Grammarly will delete older writing projects, either from lack of space or perhaps my company's subscription. This isn't a huge deal but can be a little annoying when I'd like to refer back to older copy.

Grammarly Business ensures that everyone in our company follows the same writing guidelines and has a single source of truth to refer back to for proofreading and grammatical corrections.
