helpful and non-invasive
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches things that other programs like MS Word and Google Spellcheck don't catch. I like the suggestions for writing clarity and word choice. And I love how it pops up everywhere. It even spellchecked my review!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly would learn my preferences about the Oxford comma. Not everyone wants to use it every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is making my text more concise and clear. This helps me produce more persuasive proposals and reports, which makes us look good to prospective partners.

I can openly write. Whether it's for an article, email, or the website. Grammarly makes the editing process more streamlined and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Grammarly Go were available on my Microsoft apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is one of the biggest assets in Business. With Grammarly I can quickly formulate responses to emails or have an article started for me.

Grammarly's suggestions for improving grammar, punctuation and sentence structure have increased staff confidence in sending professional and concise messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly will sometimes suggest incorrect changes. So you have to know your content before choosing the changes to approve. No other comments at this time. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped our English as a second language staff to feel confident in their external messaging. This has made us more productive in the office with email, and our marketing and project work. Communication is essential.

I like that we can connect Grammarly to any software that you use, and it helps you to write documents.

Sometimes the corrector does not appear.

Grammarly Business ensures our entire team is writing at their best. It is also one more line of defense that what is sent out is as accurate and professional.

It requires individual team members to subscribe. When they are remote, I do not have control if they use it.

A powerful, simple to use writing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides excellent grammatical suggestions regarding tones and expressions. Very appreciated for those of us who are non-native English speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions can alter the tone of the text one is trying to write. G2 still has some issues understanding an informal or friendly way of writing. It is also persistent against the use of passive voice, which is needed sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-native English speaker, it's a good thing to have a tool to check my sentences and grammar are making sense.
I also find Grammarly's suggestions useful when I find myself in need of making a clearer point or explaining an idea.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and thanks to the app and browser extension it works wherever I'm working. Grammarly gives extra confidence in written communication.

No negative feedback to report. Grammarly works flawlessly. I appreciate the regular updates -- always getting better and better.

I love that I am learning, and I feel confident that when I send an email, it will be perfect, and the message will be the right one. I think the "rewrite for clarity" is amazing

Sometimes when I am in a hurry, and it is an informal mail, I want to "turn it off." I can't help but pay attention to the corrections but not dislike them, and I am glad I pay attention to send the correct message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reduces my time in making sure I am writing the emails in the best professional and correct way and ensures me I will not make mistakes talking with vendors or pairs at the company

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy smashing out my words and thoughts without being troubled by minor punctuation or flow issues. Then I can quickly scan through with Grammarly to make the needed corrections. Sometimes even adding clarity or subtle tones makes the email or message more comprehensive and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, possibly due to the nature of our business, words or acronyms can confuse Grammarly. It's such a minor thing that I would not have brought it up, but I thought displaying my honest opinion would help anyone reading these reviews. All Good experiences here. Love Grammarly.
