I am able to do copyediting while writing emails, reports, etc, across multiple platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it across multiple platforms, Word, Outlook, Canva, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little Grammarly icon/teardrop gets in my way, I wish I could move it and pin it on the screen where I want it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time spent reviewing deliverables, emails, and graphics before they go out!
Grammarly helps me learn and correct my mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the re-wording options to make it either professional or more personal. I also like the auto-red underlines to correct my spelling or general grammatical errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I enjoy using Grammarly to the fullest. It is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very bad with punctuation, and sometimes I have run-on sentences. Grammarly helps me write better. It also shortens my time with writing and re-writing emails or letters to staff and clients.
Not Ideal for Social Media Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is a great "second pair of eyes" to double-check my written work. It's especially helpful in finding inconsistent punctuation (ie: curly or straight quotation marks etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
As a social media professional who is usually entering short captions or sentences, I often receive a pop-up that says, "text is too short." This is really unhelpful when it comes to the quick grammar checks that I'm looking for. It would be great if it could check items as short as 1 sentence for grammar errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me double-check my work and run it through a "tone" check to see how it will be perceived (as informative, casual, professional, etc.).
Great for academics and business
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions appear quickly, and it is easy to see if it is critical to change or just for better reading/understanding. You can also easily set the style and tone for branding purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As your language capabilities improve, Grammarly often makes suggestions that would result in a change in meaning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps set the Company tone and corrects the language errors of colleagues whose command of English is lower. The time required to proofread articles and newly drawn-up contracts has also been reduced.
Effortless proofing everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Grammarly business is the ability to proof text on almost every application I type in. Grammarly business always has back and has learned specific phrases and terms that I use to adapt to my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the text replacement function when I accept a suggestion. In some applications, the replace text does not capture all of the existing phrase to replace and needs a little manual cleanup. This is limited to only a few apps though and is still better than fixing everything manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business keeps my writing professional, on tone, and clear. I love that it is constantly running in the background. I never think about checking something over, I am checking everything in real-time. In addition, it has made me a better writer grammatically.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of using Grammarly is the conciseness of the intended message. The suggestions for revision often are spot on and add to the message's legitimacy with colleagues, other organizations, and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about Grammarly is that sometimes it conflicts with other applications such as Word, which has an auto-editor similar to this program. One program will say to change it to this, and Grammarly says to change it to that with no absolute resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Grammarly Business is helping me solve is making sure the messages sent outside the organization are professional, concise, and provide the best representation of the organization we can offer. It makes it easy to put our best foot forward when sometimes that email is our only communication with the receiving party.
An Excellent Tool to Strengthen Your Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly improves written communication with recommendations beyond correcting misspellings. The suggestions identify ways to clarify statements, use words better suited for your audience, and how your message will likely sound to readers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's integrated with many other apps, like web browsers and word processors, Grammarly isn't available in everything. For example, I cannot use Grammarly in the desktop version of Slack. And while it works in Notion, it's a little less friendly than other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly enables clear and more concise communication in the workplace. This ensures information is digestible and avoids misunderstandings or overlooked details.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the product is very useful. It catches a lot of common mistakes and helps me rephrase things so they're more understandable. Very helpful for a communications professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really, really, really hate that it drops it's weird HTML tag into anything I open up. I really wish I could stop that from happening. Also we don't use the oxford comma and it doesn't seem to understand that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it to catch spelling errors and grammatical mistakes. I think it makes my writing sound more professional and polished as well. This survey needs to be shorter.
Game changer for users of English as Second Language
What do you like best about the product?
As a foreign attorney, it is sometimes hard for me to find the exact words and prepositions to sound professional in my e-mails to clients; however, this task became easy with Grammarly Business. I like the "rewrite for clarity" option to reduce the sentences' sizes and make them more apparent to the interlocutor. The funny thing, it helped me create this review as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it asks me to change the punctuation or wording, but once I accept the changes, it requests that I change it back to what it was before. Maybe it takes time to "understand" the phrases one writes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a foreign attorney working at a law firm with other foreign attorneys, sometimes it is complex for us to find the exact legal wording we would use in our mother tongue, however, Grammarly Business helps us write clear, concise, and correct e-mails and petitions, so we sound as professional as we do in our language.

What do you like best about the product?
I like and use the suggestions. I have been using Grammarly for more than two years, and thanks to the suggestions/corrections, I have noticed an improvement in my writing skills

I don't dislike anything about it. Sometimes, it rephrases my sentence and then corrects again and again the suggested correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me write clear and precise text. Grammarly is beneficial since English is not my mother tongue.
