Great product for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me to keep track of all the typing errors and grammatical mistakes while freestyle typing. Many a time, our messages and communications look very un-professional due to small-small typos. Grammarly has helped me overcome this.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such major downside that I could think of. One issue that I have faced a couple of times is that even when I add some brand-related words in Grammarly Dictionary, there should be an option for admin to add that word in the entire workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typing errors make the communication and messages look un-professional. Grammarly acts as a Saviour for that case. Apart from typos, Grammarly has also helped me in shaping the tone of my emails.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly to benefit my professional emails and quickly extended it to my whole team. The performance metrics are a game-changer. Thank you for this game-changing tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tool disappears from Word or my Outlook, and I need to restart or reload. But that's it. The tool itself is incredibly helpful to me and my entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was not projecting a consistent and or professional tone and manner. Grammarly is an excellent tool to keep us on track and set benchmarks to be better.
An amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best function of this tool is that it corrects misspellings and punctuation errors and even makes suggestions based on what your writing. You won't find a program like this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides with this program. There is nothing this program can't do. Grammarly is perfect. It would be great if you could do this in other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem its solving is making me an excellent writer. It shows me when I am being too passive and direct. It also helps me sound a lot more professional. It has made me more confident when communicating with others.
Grammarly helps our small non-profit be the best we can be!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see our team's analytics. It's fantastic to know that all of our team members' sessions improved by at least 50%. It's also wonderful that there is an option to break down how to interpret this data, making it useful for any and all businesses that want to improve their brand voice. I also super duper appreciate the free option for non-profits!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this isn't helpful- but honestly, there isn't a single thing that I think of to write here. I love Grammarly and how it works for our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to manage our brand voice and how we are portrayed through communication. With Grammarly Business, I have the relief of knowing that emails are proofread, and content is on-brand. It's an incredibly helpful partner to me as the sole marketing personnel, as I do not have time to micro-manage every piece of content that is distributed in our organization. I truly do believe it is even helping some employees to improve their spelling and grammar overall, as Grammarly helps them to re-learn how to write certain things.
Use it constantly for my work as a writer.

So many mistakes are caught before items are published. Just having it for sending a simple email has been a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are just way off, and you still have to be careful to review before finalizing anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos are a death sentence in our industry, and the proofreading is key to all we do. With Grammarly, I get a second set of eyes on my work, which is helpful in a time in the workplace where we must all multi-task. It's like a trusted co-worker reviewing your work.
Excellent Team Writing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team of training developers needed a boost with their writing. Not everyone speaks English as a first language, but we all do a lot of writing. Grammarly Business makes a huge difference in the quality of copy we produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Grammarly business is not enabled for one of the tools we use the most--Adobe Captivate. When Captivate becomes a software-as-a-service tool enable using a web browser, that will change. For now, we have to export the content we write and have it "scanned" externally to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is raising the quality of the eLearning modules and communication of all sorts we produce. In the past, we spent a lot of time peer-reviewing content and correcting each other's grammar and spelling. Now, we spend less time on that and spend it more productively on creative ideas for the content. When turning in content, our confidence level is much higher which raises our satisfaction about the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me communicate effectively and professionally with my team and clients. It helps me avoid grammar and spelling errors, improve my vocabulary and tone, and tailor my messages to different audiences and goals. I like how it integrates seamlessly with various platforms and applications, such as email, Slack, Google Docs, and more. Grammarly also provides me with valuable insights and feedback on my writing performance and progress, which helps me grow as a writer and a leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more generative AI implemented in the desktop client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Grammarly, we can save time, enhance our credibility, and collaborate better with our colleagues and clients.
Very useful tool for all levels of proficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like the beta features that allow me to see how the tone of what I'm writing could be interpreted. Since I work in IT, sometimes I respond to tickets in a very direct, concise way, which can be interpreted as not being friendly. It judges how informal/casual it sounds and if that's "on-brand" - I'm not sure how it determines that, but im guessing it compiles the text across the whole company and makes a good guess. Overall the grammar and formatting is the biggest feature but the A.I. beta features are pretty neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I accept a suggestion, it puts the change at the end of the sentence instead of where it's supposed to be. It seems like a bug and doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping rewrite text to make it sound more friendly and on-brand, which helps our employees understand us more clearly.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add Grammarly to my web browser and desktop/Microsoft suite! Having Grammarly has helped my team and me to correspond more accurately in nearly all aspects of our office communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything bad about Grammarly Business. We've only had success since subscribing to the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped our office create better documents, emails, and presentations. Our projects and correspondence are presented with more confidence now that Grammarly is double-checking everything.
Amazing helper for non-natives
What do you like best about the product?
Corrects small mistakes and increases the perception of professionalism of the documents and e-mails. To be able to set the tone also gives very applicable ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pretty insistent about e-mail terms. And corrects not required details. But in general can not tell there is something which I really dobt like about Granmarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to it's users to fall for cheap grammar mistakes. Increases the perception of professionalism of the mail receivers. And also increases the language skills of it's users.
