Generous & Helpful Customer Service, Cutting-Edge Generative Design
What do you like best about the product?
In our non-profit organization, we love how configurable Grammarly Business is for multiple users. Through the administration panel, we can configure rules about acronyms, abbreviations, parts-of-speech, passivity, and many others. We've also found the Microsoft Office plugin for Word/Outlook very useful in correcting outgoing emails, donor or investor responses, and our email campaigns. Finally, the Grammarly team has just debuted their Generative AI technology to Business & Enterprise Users, making it tremendously easier to create actionable memos, invitations, HR communications, and documentation. It's clear from the continuing pace of development that this kind of innovation is only just beginning, which gives us the confidence to stick with Grammarly for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't yet encountered any downsides with Grammarly Business. We'd like to see the AI features rolled out to the Office plugins as soon as it's possible to test them there, otherwise we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business has been a great help in ensuring professionalism in our emails - at all levels - and public-facing communications. Being able to compose a social media post or promotional campaign with generative AI and still have the confidence that there won't be any errors in tone or transmission is thoroughly useful to us.
Mandatory for professionals with non-native English
What do you like best about the product?
As a researcher and tech-writer, I must constantly write academic and well-proofed English texts. Since English is not my primary language, some typos and incorrect writing could happen. Having Grammarly point them to me helps to focus on my tasks instead o keep reviewing texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing a disklike in Grammarly is when installing the plugin, they try to fix non-English language, but of course, this is not Grammarly's fault. Maybe language detection could solve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the quality of my texts and reduce the number of reviews I need to make. This reduction reviewing text turns me a more productive professional and even help me pointing out common mistakes I used to make when writing texts.
Solid and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I can easily manage seats and see usage so I can remove users who aren't actively using the platform. We imported our own style guide to better prompt people to use product terminology correctly and to generally improve their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that we can import our own style guide - but I'd say the visualization of the recommendations from that can be a bit bulky and I find myself skipping over those -that may be more to do with the complexity of our style guide vs. Grammarly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He have a lot of people writing public content across our organization (blogs, emails, social media, etc.) and this allows us to provide better guidance on writing style as a whole as well as our company style guide to drive a bit higher quality and consistency
Grammarly expedites our simple tasks so we can focus on big picture
What do you like best about the product?
Curating documentation, policies, procedures, etc. is an incredibly burdening task when you are starting from scratch. Grammarly for Business allowed our organization to pinpoint the language and vibe we need in our documentation so that we could create better documentation faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Grammarly for Business for us is currently assimilating our more technology-adverse users to use Grammarly for Business more often. Grammarly makes it easy with lots of guides and resources though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Curating documentation with our tone, brand, and language consistently. Grammarly for Business also makes it as easy as a click of a button cutting our time to produce in half.
Grammarly Business makes our team better
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business helps every member of our team produce polished, high-quality writing that enhances internal communication and reflects well on your organization as a whole. I love that it even catches things in our chat program that we use as a remote team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could save/mark certain words as accepted in a personal dictionary. When writing content with brand names or indivual's names that are not found in their database, it flags the name as incorrect - would be nice to save these commonly used terms or names by our business so they are not considered incorrect every time.

It ensures that my writing is grammatically accurate every time!
A Professional Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me the most when it comes to my tone. It lets me know if I'm coming off as too passive, too strong, or even too monotone. This is very important in my position as a manager when sending emails/notes to other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly is too smart for itself. If you have a spelling mistake or grammatical error, it'll prompt you to correct it. Sometimes it's an unnecessary correction to a part of your sentence that throws off the rest of the sentence if you accept the suggestion. So, don't only rely on Grammarly's suggestions and make sure to proof read yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand my tone when it comes to digital communication. The spelling and grammar checks are the biggest benefits.

It is very helpful for basic reviews. It helps me a lot with my emails and copywriting since I'm not an English native speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I feel it makes my machine runs slowly.

I'm not an English native speaker and work as a communications manager, so I must write a lot. Grammarly helps me by suggesting new words and proofreading my copies.
Appreciate Grammarly in our workplace
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps our entire team write more accurately and with a more consistent style. We appreciate being able to rest confidently on the tool, equipping our team to communicate more professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage is the "annoyance" of the red flagging to members, especially in areas we feel are incorrect, which discourages use. I have observed recommendations and even red flags on areas that I disagree with so are not preferred. It would be helpful to have a few additional preferences in settings to assist in encouraging buy-in for the overall team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and professional communication as a business. Ensuring that the team overall is better represented.
I love Grammarly, it lets me feel confident every time I send out communication!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar has never been my strong suit. I am a creative writer, but making sure that everything had proper punctuation was something I couldn't excel at. I write as part of my job, and overall, Grammarly understands the voice and tone I use and improves my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the plugin worked a little more smoothly; often, I need to refresh my pages for it to even appear as an option.

Grammarly Business has really helped me be able to feel more confident in my writing ability. I have always been a creative thinker and writer, but since the beginning of time I had issues with knowing all the grammar rules. With this I am able to turn a weakness into a strength.
The best tool for business writing ever invented!
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly in college and had no idea how much I would come to depend on it in my daily work life. This tool makes me look like a rockstar whenever I compose anything from emails to letters to even postcards and other collateral we use at work. I would be lost without the suggestions I'm given; even when I think I've nailed it, Grammarly always finds a better way to relay what I am trying to say (like it just did as I was typing this review, haha).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are wrong (especially when using it in contract language). I can always ignore the advice but it's like a seatbelt dinger; it just keeps asking me and asking me if I want to make changes even after I've said no.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent second or third set of eyes for the materials we send for printing. It's saved costly hard-to-catch mistakes more than once. Also suggestions for emails to set the tone is great.
