Effective Writing Tool with Room for Improvement in Inclusivity Features
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a valuable tool for ensuring clear and polished communication within our team. It greatly assists in maintaining a high level of writing quality across the board, which is essential to our business. The platform is easy to use and integrates well with various applications, making it a convenient solution for our team's diverse writing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly has many upsides, there are a few drawbacks related to its accessibility and inclusivity features, which ironically are very exclusionary and inaccessible. The default "inclusive language" settings inadvertently lead to an increased focus on our team members' differences rather than promoting unity and understanding. These settings are also heavily influenced by US-centric political correctness, which does not align with the values and cultural norms of teams located outside the United States.
Also, Grammarly's frequent changes to logos and favicons can be confusing, particularly for users with learning difficulties - and there is no way to override this as a business user. It would be beneficial if the company focused on providing more genuine inclusion and accessibility options, rather than superficial gestures. For those considering Grammarly Business, it is crucial to review and adjust the "inclusivity" settings before deployment to ensure a more seamless and inclusive user experience - note that they are "on" by default.

What do you like best about the product?
We create a lot of content like emails, social media post, newsletters, parent informational, etc. Grammarly is amazing at keep to tone of the conversation with our Branding. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some websites like Google does not work with Grammarly. As a result we have to type in a separate document then pasta into Google. This is a pain because it's time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General grammar and tone of the conversation. As we deal with parents and studnets it's important to make sure our tone promotes our Brand. Being kind and patient in emails and text communication is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
Catches all the errors, big and small. gives fantastic suggestions. As a writer what's in my head sometimes doesn't transfer as easily as I'd like to the page. this solves that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean if I had to pick something it would be that sometimes I don't want them correcting what I wrote, but that is really reaching and quite frankly unrealistic expectations that it would know when Im using native language.

Makes my writing more clear and understandable. has saved me hours of going back and sweeping through edits.

What do you like best about the product?
I purchased this app for our sales team to ensure that written communications with customers and vendors were consistent and accurate. It is both an effective editor and training app. Grammarly has helped me become more efficient in my own writing and to overcome bad writing habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some applications where Grammarly is not helpful; however, the widget is easily moved on the screen and can be set to inactive in applications where it is not needed.

Catching mistakes quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that it's integrated into my email and Google docs so that I can catch grammar mistakes quickly. When I do social media posts I'm grateful that it helps me to be more succinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate more feedback about how I can structure my sentences to be clearer, or have a setting the helps me to get the message across in fewer words. Those pieces of advice don't come up frequently, so maybe I'm already doing well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving grammatical errors and redundancies with fewer clicks. It allows me to work more quickly so that I can send out more emails in the amount of time.

English is not my forts language, and I have to send a lot of emails, so this is a important tool for my daily use.
It was worth upgrading from Grammarly Premium
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Grammarly Premium in my organization but took advantage of Grammarly Business so we could get our entire team on the same page. I love that we can set company-wide suggestions, have a company dictionary, and each person has their own account with their own settings. I also find the AI function interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Grammarly Business to be a trial-and-error process. In setting up the company styles and tone suggestions, I had to repeatedly go back into the main account to make changes. However, I think this was just the learning curve of a new product. The biggest frustration? Grammarly Business doesn't recognize the organization's name with "Inc." at the end as being the full company name, which may be fixed by adjusting settings.

Grammarly Business helps ensure the communications our organization puts out are professional, easy to read, and well-written. It also helps our organization stay consistent in language between employees.

- Makes some suggestions that don't make sense
- Messes up text when using it in Notepad (Windows 11)
- Tones are not always right (beta feature, only for paying users)
- You don't have a middle-level tone choice, so it's either casual or formal (beta feature, only for paying users)

It helps me write in English as a foreigner more confidently, as it helps me avoid many mistakes and gives many helpful improvement suggestions. I definitely think it makes my work easier.
