Amazing tool for better writing!
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I type something anywhere, Grammarly gives excellent suggestions to improve the text's grammar, orthography, and overall understanding and tone for each case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, on specific apps/sites, it doesn't work, and I get no suggestions at all.
On the other hand, occasionally, it gives me wrong suggestions that, if I'm not careful enough, my text could be misinterpreted.

A lot of features not used.
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop extension is a GREAT tool! It's beneficial in programs where spellcheck is not automatically enabled (like Excel) or in other programs like our Applicant Tracking System - iCIMS. I can open a job description, and the desktop extension automatically picks up any errors or suggests rewrites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find I use a lot of the features offered in Grammarly business because they seem cumbersome to set up. This would require a lot of time and effort, much of which I do not have in my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures we put our best foot forward with all external and internal communications. It's also something I don't have to consciously turn on daily; it stays on and guides any content I am creating, whether in my Teams Chat, Email and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been great to get our team aligned with how we craft messages to clients. We utilize snippets and a professional business writing style that has kept our communications concise and grammatically correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times between apps I have issues seeing different functionalities. I'm looking forward to the new release of the ideation option, but for some reason I can't find it yet although I have access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping all employees keep their writing at a high standard that our clients expect. our team would regularly send communication with simple mistakes and this has changed since we signed up.

This tool is extremely helpful for team members' communications with our customers. It keeps everyone's communications professional and on point. It's a must!

There was a minor learning curve for the team but nothing impossible. Sometimes it doesn't save words we use like produce and wants to change it to product.

Grammarly ensures the team is communicating in a professional manner with our customers. It takes the guess work out of corrections to our emails and documents.

Grammarly is widely accessible, it works with most text apps and websites, even messaging apps. It helps with writing tone, being more than a spell checker. Grammarly improves with time, the more I use, it since I started, the suggestions are getting better.

I wish Grammarly has more than just English as a language option.

Grammarly is a crucial part of my business toolkit.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides an invaluable second look at day-to-day business writing that helps catch (embarrassing) mistakes before they are sent out to coworkers, vendors, and clients. This is an ideal product for anyone who has a lot on their plate and may miss commas, articles, etc. in their rush to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sentence rewrites are usually only 50% effective. Recommended words may not be appropriate for the context (even if they are synonyms). This is less a flaw and more a reminder that, even as far as predictive text, etc. has come, editing is a collaborative process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly supports our small team of workers at our office with professionally meeting our deadlines, allowing us to wear multiple hats with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with all programs that I use daily and the fact that I don't need to start up Grammarly or even care about that. It seems a native aplication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could stop pointing out "mistakes" that we usually dismiss. There are very typical things that we do everyday and Gramarly keeps pointing as issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding mistakes. Transforming the speech into a more straightforward communication and ensuring a clear message.
Helpful and Engaging Product
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is EASY to use and works on all of your platforms seamlessly. You don't have to use all of their suggestions but they are a great way to think about how you write. Also, their recap reports are a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are (rare) some times that the suggestion is not accurate and for those who do not know grammar rules they may be led to make an inaccurate change. It just means people have to use good judgment when accepting suggestions.

The tone insights feature provides helpful feedback on how to tailor the writing to appeal to specific audiences.

The initial setup was a challenge. It kept signing in and out; I think this was because I had a Grammarly personal account before. The IT team sorted this out, and everything else was a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me achieve clarity in my writing. I can adjust the tone of written communications to appeal to specific audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to struggle with being concise in my emails and would often tip-toe around difficult topics, making my writing sound too passive. However, with Grammarly Business, I love getting feedback on communicating more confidently, re-writing for clarity, and keeping things "short and sweet" yet professional. I also love the weekly emails showing me what kinds of mistakes I typically make, with lessons on improving those areas! I've really seen a lot of growth over time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, they will suggest edits that don't seem to communicate the intensity of my feelings or don't sound like "my voice." It's easy enough to dismiss suggestions I don't plan on using, but it can still be a little frustrating.

Grammarly Business is helping me to communicate more effectively with clients and coworkers and keeps me looking and sounding very professional.
