Great Tool - Minimal Effort
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very low effort way to make your writing look as good as possible. I love that it's not intrusive but still makes a tangible impact on my writing. I also like that I get notfications saying how unique my word choice is, how often I use the tool, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the popups notifying you that you should make a change to something can get in the way, but once you click out of it, it works well in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me check my writing in platforms without an obvious spelling / grammar check. I like the way it helps reword things into more succinct sentences, thus making my writing better overall.

Grammarly Business is solving writing errors and inconsistencies in business communication, benefiting me by giving me more accurate and easily understood information to work with, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Grammarly Business is a great tool for ensuring clarity, especially in a company with non-native English-speaking staff in nearly fifty countries. Grammarly reminds me to keep my writing simple and to the point so it's understood by all.

Grammarly would be perfect if it could learn my writing style over time and adapt the suggestions to my style. I commonly receive recommendations that I use for a specific reason (in my case, legal writing) that are not relevant.

I primarily use Grammarly Business to ensure clarity for all staff members who do not natively speak English. I use Grammarly Business to check emails, policy drafts, and similar forms of corporate communication.
Grammarly Business has made a huge difference to our team

Grammarly Business helps our team stay on brand and allows teammates who don't write copy as often to participate and grow. There are excellent suggestions to make anything we create sound more polished and clearly communicated to our membership base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, the only thing that I don't love is that, occasionally the suggestion box pops up in a weird location that gets in the way of typing. This is most often in forms where I am filling in fields.

As a small business, we rely on the whole team to get it all done. Grammarly has allowed us to branch out and invite others into the fold to still produce great copy, freeing up our main team to do what they do best.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is extremely good at pointing out errors that we may have missed during our writing and editing processes. It's great at adapting to different locales and picking out spelling and grammatical errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides to using Grammarly Business. However, some non-critical suggestions like adjusting tone and voice could definitely use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of writing and we do need to make sure that our writing is plagiarism-free and error-free. Grammarly just makes our jobs a lot easier by identifying errors in our writing in just seconds.

I appreciate having an extra pair of eyes on my writing and helping me to be more succint and clear in my written communications. I also work fast, so it prevents me from making mistakes and having grammatical and spelling errors.

Some of the grammar rules and rephrasing I do not link and do not always use their recommendations as I want it to sound like my voice and writing style.

Peace of mind before you hit send
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me improve my writing skills. At the same time it diversifies my writing. Brings things to my attention that I wouldn't have considered. This is more than you usual "spell check". Grammarly goes deeper into improving sentences and paragraphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions are repetitious and it doesn't seem to remember when I'm not going to accept it's suggestions. Doesn't easily pick up on acronomyns and abbreviations. Military writing can be different at times and Grammarly doesn't always seem to like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more consice and precise in my writing. Grammarly picks up when I'm being repetitious. My word count goes down. Grammarly helps me not be too wordy and make sure that I make sense to the reader.

Setting it after installing the chrome extension was challenging for some of users. Also the tool is not available for mobile phones is another challenge for us.
