Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that once it is installed in your emails, a pop up automatically comes up offering suggestions to my text or pointing out errors. I am able to freely type away and then go back to my mistakes and start fixing them with a click of a button. It also does more than just check for typos, it tells me if my sentences make sense or not. It even captures my tone!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. It does highlight some sentences when I am writing a very casual email but I guess that is a given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me when I write emails to other community agencies we work with. It also helps me when I type up end of the year reports for the grants we work with.
Grammarly catches my mistakes before I send them!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is so helpful while not being too "in the way" on my screen. My favorite aspect is when the plugin checks my sentences and lets me know how to make my thoughts and message more concise. It's also great when the plugin autocorrects obvious mistakes, so I don't have to move my cursor to my mistake or backspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about Grammarly Business. I have not had a problem with the plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me much more efficient in my messaging and typing. I love that it autocorrects obvious mistakes, while also pointing out mistakes that I don't catch right away.
Grammarly has been that welcomed second eye and trusted reviewer for my work.

We are a small non-profit, and my team is able to make their work close to perfect with the edit suggestions from Grammarly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Grammarly Business, my team members don't have to spend extra time reviewing their work.
As such, we are able to concentrate our efforts on project delivery and other aspects of our operations that create impact.

Improving myself whilst improving my writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates into many aspects of my working life; I can use it on Twitter or in my apps. I enjoy the weekly updates and knowing what areas of my writing are growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when the widget for Google Docs can be so broken, I find it hard because it means I have to copy and paste into the Grammarly web page but all my formatting is removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfects my grammar and spelling, particularly as I work internationally, so having the ability to ensure I'm writing in American English at the proper time is great.

The system identifies text issues, such as tense, clarity, formality, tone, etc. It also helps me ensure that it matches what I am trying to say. This allows me to maximize my efficiency and also prevent time wasted on clarifying my thoughts in future communications.
I also receive email updates regarding my progress and success, regarding the vocabulary, tones, etc.

I work in two languages (English and Hebrew), and the system does not support the second language at this time.
I think the system occasionally (quite far and few between) misreads/misunderstands the text and suggests something that does not fit the context.

It addresses issues like formality, tone, spelling, grammar, clarity, and wording.
These tools ensure that someone (or something) is proofing my communications before I send them out, to ensure that they appear professional and not like a bunch of randomly grouped words.

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes I am lost for words on how to forumulate the responses. Grammarly helps me tidy up the sentences as well as give me insipration on how to elaborate the email or document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with word is not perfect. Sometimes I don't really know where grammarly highlights the error or suggestion as it's fighting with word build in spell check. The native grammarly doc is way better.

The ease of use and implementation. Easy to integrate into all of our programs.

There are still a few issues with grammar or suggestions. But, 99% of the time, it's accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our clarity issues. The majority of our communication with our customers is done via email. So, the ability to ensure we have clear communication is key.

I love that Grammarly is unobtrusive and allows me to write in my style. Suggestions pop up and are offered with errors or in different writing styles that may be more appropriate or match the context of the rest of my documents

Honestly that it's gamified and I can't be in the top 99% of every category. I would also say that on occasion, some of the alerts are unnecessary or overkill

I tend to be verbose in writing, and Grammarly has helped me condense things down to something that makes sense and is concise. If I have used a word too frequently, it does help me change things up as well.

Writing Assistance, Consistency, Customization. Doesn't matter what you right it could always be better and Grammarly helps us do that.

Just the red error underline tab that keeps asking us to change words even when we dismiss it once

While Grammarly excels in providing real-time writing assistance on desktop platforms, its integration with mobile devices could improve. I often find myself responding to emails and crafting messages on the go. It would be beneficial if the mobile version of Grammarly were as seamless and comprehensive as its desktop counterpart. Enhancing the mobile experience would allow me to maintain the same high standards of writing quality, even when I'm away from my desk.

For years my boss has told me that the one thing that held me back was the minor errors in the email. This tool has helped me dramatically reduce the number of mistakes in emails and acts as a second set of eyes when working on a small team.
