Pro is the way to go
What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced features and ability to use Grammarly on presentations have made the tool incredibly useful! The ability to get real-time feedback and check the tone of emails makes it the perfect everyday tool. It had been beneficial for my wiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it could rewrite more sentences like chatGPT or word tune, but it does an excellent job of editing and is so easy to use. it integrates into almost everything you are already using!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am taking massive amounts of presentation data and having to edit it all for work, I use it to create and edit emails. Grammarly ensures everything is in the correct tone and that it matches. Basic spellcheck will not work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly corrects my grammar. My emails sound very confident and understandable with the use of Grammarly. My clients and coworkers what I am trying to tell them with me sounding more confident in what I would like to point out or say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Grammarly continues to correct something I already dismissed. Like when I refresh the page, it goes back to the original suggestion, but I already rejected the correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar and sentence structures. I also use it to edit timesheets for my manager to code our time. It's very productive when its easier to understand.
Streamlining Business Communication
What do you like best about the product?
It reduces my time when reviewing and drafting documents and identifies and provides suggestions beyond basic grammar and spelling corrections. I like integrating with other tools such as Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook (and even mobile).
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, there are inaccuracies when suggestions come up. It does force me to read and ignore certain grammarly suggestions. I also fear the high dependence on grammarly may impede my ability to improve my writing. It is like using the GPS in your car, you let yourself go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have deployed it across some of our heavy writers within our management team. We have noted an improvement in the quality of the written communication, and personally, I have saved time by following the suggestions when reviewing long documents such as policies.
Great Service Overall and Continues to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality as improved, and the suggestions seem better than before. We've used it to write more of our content and it's getting more integrated into our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is very high with our team, mainly as some people use it a lot and some people barely touch it. There is still lag with larger Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want our emails and marketing material to sound professional and consistent, and Grammarly helps us with that. As a company, we also want a specific style and tone, so our employees use Grammarly so this all matches across the organization. We have just started using the AI writing assistant too, which should increase productivity.
Short but intense experience. Like it and use on regular business
What do you like best about the product?
Editing the text, proposing improved versions of a sentence. Good Oxford Dictionary operations. Quick reaction. The translated text is getting substantially better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business is not well adapted to separate professions with particular words. It should be enriched by special professional dictionaries, like chemistry, biology, law etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am proofreading the text and helping to write the book with better language quality. I am more productive in writing English, and my performance increased significantly.
Grammarly for more clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use. It gives you options; it doesn't demand you adopt them. I've learned a lot about my ungrammatical inclinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of things: First, Grammarly doesn't recognize quotations, suggesting alternatives, and second, it overuses certain recommendations, e.g., the use of "still."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me clean up important content for my blog and other digital collateral. It boosts my confidence to know that my writing is grammatically correct. The phrasing suggestions are also helpful, especially when you're having one of those days. For editing, Grammarly is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature has been significantly improved. Thanks to additional context and follow-up questions when using the AI feature, my writing is clear, easy to understand, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the occasional suggestion that I disagree with. However, that doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has been an essential tool for the contracts I create and edit. Having a contract that looks and reads professionally makes a huge difference in whether or not our potential client signs it.
Incredibly useful and easy to use since it is literally at your finger tips (pun intended)!
What do you like best about the product?
There is good integration with browsers, MS Office apps, survey forms, Google Docs, and some other systems, etc. The feature to add certain words in the repository or the dictionary is cool too. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you start making some suggested corrections, you have to keep returning to the beginning of the suggested edits and scroll down through them. You lose sight of where you were, and it becomes time-consuming.

Helps with grammar checks, punctuation, tone, redundant words, etc.
Essential for my work
What do you like best about the product?
I just love it! There is no way for me to move as fast as I need to move and keep my writing to a high level - I need support and Grammarly Business is a partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major downsides. The only thing I would like is if it learned a little from me. There are certain terms I use that I don't need corrected, my phrasing can be specific, etc. etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only keeps my writing clean and succinct but also helps me be proactive about catching consistent errors. I am learning how to be a better writer using Grammarly. I also love that it follows me around on whatever site I visit.

The most helpful is the way it suggests corrections. There are options that are easy to navigate and understand. It gives you the right tone of message you wanted to convey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be a major downside for me. Another is it lacks creativity in writing due to standardization. I think the AI should be taught more on learning creative stuff in writing.

It solves my problem in plagiarism checking and proofreading very long papers for my study. It helps me become more productive because i can manage my time well.
