Excellent tool to boost productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me detailed suggestions to improve clarity and precision in language. The AI writing generator is also a great way to speed up monotonous and mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the UI is sometimes unintuitive and that it's kind of irritating when the icon blocks visibility of the document that I am editing. I think this could be improved by some refinements to the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly business helps me generate better writing, and helps me do it faster. By focusing on the grammatical aspects, I can focus on the technical and strategic aspects of the writing.
Grammarly is fantastic. English is my second language so there will be mistakes and it corrects it.
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and make anything that you are writing easier, as it will rephrase the sentences for you and catches any errors such as punctuation, grammar, and even spelling mistakes. This is the best thing about Grammarly Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggested phrases are suggested from Grammarly, and after applying it, it will go back to the previous original sentence and go on loop. It is annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To make any emails professional without any errors or mistakes.

Not intrusive on your work. Subtle UI that allows for easy checking of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platforms are not supported. Needs a bit of work on G-suite but apart from being a little clunky there, it's a solid product.

Elevate Your Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, I heard Grammarly from channels like Iced Coffee Hour. I wanted to try it, as I write a lot in English (I am not a native speaker). But then, the company I work for decided to subscribe to the Business one and let us have the subscription. I raised the task to getting the subscription.
Since then, millions of words in my writing have been checked. Grammarly has helped me a lot and elevated my writing, making it sound like a native.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the plugin doesn't work correctly on some websites or some apps. Overall, Grammarly has worked properly and not much to add.
I face many issues when using Grammarly in Atlassian products such as Confluence. And in many occasions, the recommendation of repetitive usage of a particular word or term can be misleading, as some words can't be replaced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the name suggests, it helps me correct my grammatical errors. Another one is the spelling checker. And finally, the simplifier helps me simplify and make the sentences more comprehensible.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me a better writer and I feel more confident and professional with my documents and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always 100% accurate, I find the suggestions at times to conflict with the content written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping provide proofread content to ensure I maintain professionalism in my communications. I'm more productive with the system and spend less time worrying about if what I wrote sounded correct.
Such a helpful assistant
What do you like best about the product?
My role requires me to write technical details that anyone can understand. Grammarly is great for when I spam my initial thoughts into a ticket and assists me in correcting my mistakes and consolidating tricky sentences into a more readable format.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not good at picking up on quoted text or code. If I paste a quote, I'd expect Grammarly to pick up on the formatting and ignore any errors. Always points out mistakes that are unnecessary, such as colons in code etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up my time to write responses that can be time critical while giving me confidence that I haven't messed up some of the basics. Snippets are a valuable time-saving tool, as I have a lot of things I repeat to customers, so it saves me a lot of extra effort.
Grammarly has shifted quite a bit from being helpful to being expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like everything now costs money to use. And although I tend to prefer Grammarlys rewrites, my phone/Facebook/other outlets also offer acceptable rewrites for me for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, beyond what was mentioned above, I am unable to think of any areas that are in need of improvement. Great job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with capitalization, organization, punctuation, and spelling. All of which grammarly has proven a helpful tool that can assist in eradicating those areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me structure my sentences so that I am better understood by my American colleagues. It gives me the confidence to engage knowing that I am able to convey my thoughts properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the reviews are coming out in the bubbles. Sometimes it is difficult navigating to the grammarly checks. Just difficult. Am I the only one having issues with this?

An extension I couldn't work without
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business fits seamlessly into my workload, picking up any spelling mistakes or recommending changes to remove redundancies. As a content designer, writing is a key part of my role so being able to see edits at a glance saves me time and effort. I love the Chrome extension and use it when writing anything in a Google doc or CMS. I have also used the double-click feature for years which suggests a synonym. They're always improving and bringing out new features. It's made my role easier and continues to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all AI tools, there are glitches (for example, sometimes I have to double-click a word three times before it will show a synonym) and some suggestions, while providing more clarity, don't always sound good out loud. So you can't rely on it 100% but that's the same with all AI - they're tools to help maximise our time and still need that human touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly was always the disrupter in the AI space until recently with the emergence of ChatGPT. I personally still think Grammarly is an essential tool, plus they are bringing out more features to compete with these other engines. It continues to benefit me by autocorrecting any spelling mistakes, highlighting phrases that need attention, and showing phrasal predictions (a new beta feature).

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me find small errors, like extra spaces, switched letters, or a lack of an oxford comma. These are things that I might skip over when proofreading my own work, so it's a very useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the bubble gets in the way when I'm writing something on Canva. The snippet feature is also really glitchy most of the time. Sometimes I can't get it to work at all, and most of the time, it only works if I have my mouse in the perfect spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what problems Grammarly is solving, but it helps me personally by finding errors in my writing. I have a very public facing role at work, so I need to have perfect grammar and spelling.
