What do you like best about the product?
Frequent updates, email summaries that are super fun to read, and boast about your vocabulary to colleagues.
Developing good habits and improving upon any level of writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes requires reloading the addon or the page for it to work; the workaround is opening the Grammarly webpage and copy-pasting.
Does not happen recently, but some features/suggestions seemed awkward. I cannot provide specifics as I can't say it happened recently.
Perhaps improving somewhat the spell checking, sometimes I double-check using other methods for specific words.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously stated, develop great habits, improve upon any existing skill, and proofing, along with grammar and spelling; no email or official paper leaves my Outlook without it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps indicate the tonality of a text. I appreciate the help with punctuation and delivery suggestions which have proven helpful in the past. This isn't common with many competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like suggestions on active and passive. A lot of times the suggestions for delivery edits and sometimes even clarity are inaccurate and often change the meaning of the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to correct grammatical errors and helps to improve the tonality and style of my writing. It helps reduce the time I spend on editing which has proven most useful for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Tone Suggestion to ensure everyone within the organization is consistent in communication. I also appreciate the personally curated analytics for each user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say anything is least helpful but I will say that the pop up does get in the way of typing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading is my number one reason to use Grammarly. I am able to clean up correspondence to external partners.

I've personally found it to be an incredibly helpful tool for enhancing my writing skills. What I like best about it is the real-time writing suggestions that cover everything from grammar and punctuation to tone and clarity. This feature has not only helped me avoid embarrassing mistakes but has also made my writing more engaging and professional. The integration with various platforms like Google Docs and Microsoft Office makes it easy to use across different applications, which is a huge plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, it occasionally provides over-suggestions that can alter the intended meaning of a sentence, so I have to be careful when accepting changes. Despite that, I still consider Grammarly to be a valuable tool that has significantly improved my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business has been a helpful tool for me and everyone I work with. The Chrome Extension is my favorite part -- it actively reviews all of my content within Google docs and Google slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Chrome Extension is my favorite part of Grammarly Business, sometimes it doesn't work. It's hit or miss, but when it does work, it's my favorite!

Grammarly helps me ensure my copy is correct and ready to go every time. Whether that's an email, blog, or social post, I can double check all my copy for errors before hitting send.
Grammarly: The game changer in Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly for more than 2 years and it is helping me to write professionally and saving my time and cost. It is very easy to integrate with keyboard and web browsers. Customer support is pretty amazing and always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the fact that it misses indian context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to write fast professionally and now I don't have to worry about my grammatical errors. Saving time big time.
Great tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
It helps with "forgotten" things like punctuation. It's also nice to help reword what you are trying to say instead of the words that you are typing that don't sound as professional as they should. We have this for our entire business and it has helped us all "look" more professional while we conduct business online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it wants to help when I dont need help but I do appreciate it. The AI feature is quite funny sometimes, especially when you pick diplomatic. No one talks like that. Or it doesn't interpret the concept behind what I'm wiritng correctly with hilarious results. Overall it's a good feature to have. Not much bad to say here really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sound more professional in emails and using grammer and punctuation correctly. Most of our business is done via email and since we live in the middle of nowhere KY we need to sound like we are competent and Grammarly helps us do that!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is its ability to catch small errors and typos that I usually miss. It has helped me eliminate spelling errors which saves a lot of my time because I don't have to be too thorough in proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that does not really work for me most of the time is when it recommends something that is not in line with the thought of statements that I typed. While I don't use their recommendations when that happens, it's bothering to see long lines in my statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly saves me time in proofreading. I still do proofread my works because, as mentioned it's not that perfect, but it's better than me doing the proofreading alone.
