Invaluable companion
What do you like best about the product?
They adjust and rephrase the sentences to meet the target audience, help users improve their communication style, and gain consistent and clear messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have observed while rephrasing a sentence; it goes back to the same sentences which the user has wrote earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a business context, Grammarly's contribution to solving communication challenges is immense, and it allows people with challenges in clear and concise communication to bring them to par. It helps build the confidence of the user who is facing communication challenges within the organisation.
Good overall tool that picks up mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick fixes when I write emails, highlights improvements and makes it easy to change things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything, its not 100% perfect and I don't always agree with their comma suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring emails are free of grammar & spelling mistakes.
An asset for communication!
What do you like best about the product?
I have grammarly integrated into my emails, my word processor, and even my task manager. Having the grammarly assistant automatically deploy is perfect - as many times I would forget to review. It gives good suggestions beyond grammar - the features I find most useful are the mood/voice suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is always adding new features, and with that comes a few bugs. Sometimes the AI doesn't catch on that if I decline one suggestion, I probably don't want more in the same realm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, it's always been an extra step to go back and proofread/edit your writing, but Grammarly makes the action instantaneous with the composing of emails and documents. No more extra steps after.
Writing help - everywhere you write
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is spellcheck, grammar check, writing check, brand check, and more all in one place, and most importantly—it’s everywhere you write. It’s way more accurate than the built-in checkers in Word and can be customized to help you write in alignment with your brand style, spelling, and tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints are more specific to how my organization has opted to utilize Grammarly. I love it when it works, and miss it when I’m blocked from accessing it for whatever reason. Additionally, my org has an odd apostrophe rule set up that changes every ' to ’ for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly primarily as a proofreader for all the things I write for work - it helps me with spelling, grammar, brand and tone, etc. It helps me feel more confident and polished in every channel that I'm using to communicate with peers, colleagues, customers, and more.

Improved communication skills, as well as assisted with better grammar and time management. It also allows for improvement in our communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works great; I would not change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a head injury and have issues with my spelling. It is very vital for my role. It also makes me feel confident as to how I am communicating. It is a tool that I would strongly recommend for everyone.
Real-time copyediting companion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Grammarly will check my work in real-time. I also appreciate how easy it is to accept or reject their suggestions. Perhaps most importantly, I like how it has improved my colleagues' grammar and diction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI is obtrusive. As someone who needs dedicated thinking and drafting time, it is sometimes distracting to see the little squiggly lines and pop-up icons as I am typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a few quirks like misspelling certain words or hitting the "c" key instead of "v" and Grammarly catches those immediately. I also appreciate the canned responses they give with the AI writing assistant for emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Analyzes quickly, offers suggestions for me to sound more personable. The saved blurb feature is also great!

Occasionally misses the context of what I'm writing, and the suggestions cause my email/blub/etc to no longer make sense or apply

Grammarly is a daily tool that help users improve their writing skills.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software has strong AI that understands the context and goals and helps users to write better. Also, I like that rate your communication, gives insights, and explains what is wrong with your text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the tool assumes the wrong interpretation or use o the language and makes changes in an infinite loop. This rarely happens, but when it happens is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Grammarly to help write customer support emails, guides, and email templates and check for application errors. So this is a tool we use to avoid committing writing mistakes and check English grammar.
Really help for scientific or popular writing in English especially for non-English native speaker
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, work the best in detecting grammar error or giving suggestions to improve the sentences than other similar apps, pretty cheap because it has student package, adds on on chrome and word are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited/few features or options compared to other similar competitor apps, sometimes crash when using grammarly in word (even I have uninstalled and installed several times and looked for solutions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not English native speaker but I need to write a lot of scientific manuscripts in English. Grammarly really improves the level of my writing. I do wish grammarly have powerfull paraphrasing tools.
Making professional communications even better
What do you like best about the product?
Instant suggestions to correct, rephrase and improve any communication. Tone, intent and company standards are included making it directly relevant. Instead of general ideas this is very practical and usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up preferences and phases takes a little time. It would be great if frequently used phrases could be identified by the program and suggested to be added as quick fills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring what is in my mind is represented accurately and effectively to the reader. Simplify and shorten the content.
