Increased productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has allowed me to increase my productivity while improving the quality of my written communication. It works seamlessly, whether on a browser, word processor, writing emails, or even G-Chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always work in every text field. Sometimes I have to click into a text field for it to review the text within it. I want Grammarly to check the text in every text field and also to be able to distinguish HTML code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me decrease the amount of time I spend proofreading pieces of text that will be seen and read by many people. This gives me more time for other things I have to work on.
College Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
In business school I have had some professors that were very nitpicky about grammar. Therefore, using Grammarly was specifically important for me to correct small grammatical errors. I couldn't have made it through without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some little glitches every now and then, and sometimes the words would have a comma just lodged in between them. Also, there were some times where Grammarly would correct its own modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly business is helping me proofread my work so people don't think I am illiterate. Grammarly business has ultimately helped me save time by looking through grammatical errors I didn't notice through the first pass.
I have found Grammarly Business to be extremely helpful in my day-to-day workplace communications.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the example sentences that Grammarly Business suggests. I have found that to be tremendously helpful in delivering very clear and concise writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have track changes on a Word document, it throws off Grammarly Business. It will try to correct nonsensical words or put two words together instead of spacing them correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping deliver very clear and concise writing, which is beneficial to me because it's the primary function of my job. It has also helped me to become a better writer.
Increase my communication confidence
What do you like best about the product?
I find the following features extermely useful:
1. Real-time tone analysis and (a recently added) score: As a manager and leader, I know "how" to communicate can be as important as "what." Now, I 100% check the tones for all my slack messages, emails, or comments. It helps me build the image I'd love to show.
2. Periodical summary email: It's fun to check my badges (achievement system) and the differences on usage ans tones across time!

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd be great if the real-time analysis can be at least 50% faster. FWIW: On average, I wait for two seconds for a fifty-word paragraph.
Also, can we add a feature "don't show this again"?When the suggested replacements are false positive, I have to close it every round of analysis. It increases the noise, especially when the document is a few pages long.

I like how it rewards my sentence according to the audience I am speaking to.

Great tool for content development
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly has made a difference in delivering top-notch client documents, especially when handling a heavy writing load. It's that helping hand that catches you when you don't finish a thought or get stuck and need that extra push to transfer your complete thoughts to paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tool, the suggestions aren't always accurate, but they are a majority of the time. It's not a substitute for precise writing, but a helpful tool and second pair of eyes for your documents..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep the content concise and targeted for the intended audience.
Very helpful when creating emails or papers.
What do you like best about the product?
the auto-correct on emails as well as helping when making assessments for my classroom. This also helps when writing recommendation letters for students that are heading off to college.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they correct things that I would like worded the way they are and once I hit dismiss the correction will pop up again instead of just leaving it alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is easier and more efficient to send out emails throughout the day and helps proofread recommendation letters that I have to write for students in the spring.
Easy to use and indispensable
What do you like best about the product?
it helps me with my grammar and insight. I have recommended it to pretty much all my peers within my organization.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it, I will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Grammarly makes me look good!
What do you like best about the product?
I write a lot in my role and Grammarly makes me look that much more polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to adjust or specify my own tone being Canadian often what comes off as passive is just our manner of expression. I would also like it to correct for Canadian English spelling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my punctuation and writing style more cohesive and clear.
Customizable and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for getting a second set of digital eyes on your writing, and I use it everywhere I write, since you can add Grammarly plugins to Word, PPT, email, browser, etc. I appreciate that you can upload your business writing style guide to trigger Grammarly notes around certain words, phrases, and trademarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI tool, it is not a replacement for the human brain. Don't take every suggestion and correction without actually thinking about whether it makes sense in your context. Certain words have double meanings, and Grammarly may suggest "more unique" synonyms based on the other definition of the word you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as external facing pieces, Grammarly acts as a last proofreader after the copy I write goes through an editorial review by a human to catch any last mistakes. For internal pieces such as company emails, Grammarly helps me catch typos or runons when I'm responding in a hurry.
