Grammarly helps fix mistakes when you need to work quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me get my message across efficiently when typing short emails up to long reports. It saves me time in rereading and editing so I can sound professional even when I am in a rush.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My brain often thinks faster than I type and I am missing words. Grammarly proofread my writing and helps me get my message across even when I did not type what I had intended to say.
Helps to eliminate the worry
What do you like best about the product?
It is great that it provides you with options and suggestions instead of making the changes automatic. It also encourages me to improve my writing because I am learning where my mistakes are when I use Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have it plugged into every application. While it is helpful on email, I would like if it worked seamlessly with my desktop and desktop applications.

Amazing tool for effective writing
What do you like best about the product?
This product always provides me with actionable feedback on my writing. As a product support engineer, this tool helps me to craft engaging yet concise emails. I also love the snippets feature, which allows me to automate many of my responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions to sound more personable become wordier and devolve into another suggestion to be less wordy. I find myself having to ignore quite a few suggestions because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is helping me and my team to be concise and accurate in our emails to customers. It benefits me and our team because I don't have to reach out to someone to vet my emails nearly as much as I used to.
Essential app for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use and a powerhouse app with many features. I like the Writing Assistant features and how I can see my overall score and progress in my writing. I also like that you can choose different styles of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like. It's a very useful app and well worth the price.

I am gaining more confidence in my writing.
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool, and its extension on the computer gives you access to almost all applications. It has made it much easier for me to write professional texts. It gives me more confidence when writing important documents for my work and has helped me improve my English. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that when I misspell a word it automatically writes it correctly. Sometimes if it does. But in most cases no, and they have been simple words like "thnaks" instead of "thanks" and it doesn't correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to: Synthesize paragraphs, correct more written words, conjugate verbs better, gives me options on how to improve the text. My productivity and confidence writing has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has greatly increased my ability to write professional emails and appear are professional as possible to my clients and colleagues. Writing is now exciting and makes me feel confident in all my correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any strong dislikes, but it would be great if they gave a bit more detailed explanation of suggested changes. I also think the grey color they use to underline confused me at first, but I got used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to be either too warm and fuzzy, or too cold when writing professional correspondence. Grammarly Business has helped me find that happy medium and write both caring and direct emails that serve a purpose.
Why I Love Grammarly As An Aspiring Writer
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly because it helps with, well, grammar and helps me correct things I didn't even know were grammatical errors. I've never had another website or addition that helped me as much as Grammarly does, and it's wonderful for professional letters, emails, and documents as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'll want a comma or word somewhere, and this isn't necessarily a criticism, but Grammarly will always try to make it shorter or more clarified, and for writers like me, sometimes you want more food salad and mystery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're constantly improving things that they can point out. At first, Grammarly wasn't nearly as effective and helpful as it is now. They've improved their plagiarism checker as well and searched the web for millions of documents. This helps me make sure that I'm not copying anyone else's story or ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the weekly report, which includes number of words reviewed, grammatical accuracy, number of unique words used (where one ranks among Grammerly users on this measure) and distionct tones used (very interesting!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the grammatical accuracy measures a bit too stringent. I entitle myself license to use most of the idioms or abbreviations I use and don't need to be reminded time and time again that they might not pass a grammar exam. It believe one can work the settings to light the touch, but I haven't had time to figure that out.It would be more helopful if the app could adjust once you choose to ignore its advice on certain constructs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeds up proofreading tasks and finds errors I might otherwise gloss over. Corrections are easy and seamless in workflow. Overall a good benefit. Definitely improves my performance and speed. I'm using it now.
A great AI writing companion
What do you like best about the product?
My work involves writing a lot of emails and engaging with users. Grammarly has been a great AI companion, acting as a friendly proofreader + also letting me know about the tone of my communication messages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely the Grammarly icon would be placed on the top of the text. It made my text invisible; hence I had to close the application.

I love how it tells me about the tone of all my communication and how my vocabulary increases over time. A great way to track so many things.
