Grammarly helps me write more concisely
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's suggestions for rewording sentences have helped me write more concisely. It identifies clunky/awkward sentences and those that are too long and should be spit up. I have benefited the most from Grammarly's suggestions that rewrite sentences for clarity and remove extraneous words.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be due to a customized version of Grammarly my business unit uses, but I have found that it flags every instance of an acronym, indicating each should be spelled out on first use. I write technical documents, so 30% or more of the Grammarly flags in any given document are for acronym usage. I work with long documents which can have 100s of acronyms, making it annoying to have to review/dismiss each suggestion. I would like the ability to turn this flag off for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly aids in writing clarity and keeping my writing consistent with corporate style guidelines.
A great reference point for my daily activities
What do you like best about the product?
The active suggestions in both refining my grammar and showcasing a coherent style in my messages. Suggestions about conciseness are also very useful to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default configuration is sometimes a little too intrusive, as I can think of some suggestions that added friction when compiling some specific forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhancing the quality of my texts - be they friendly messages or more formal documents.
I've Come To Rely On It
What do you like best about the product?
While there are times when Grammarly is simply wrong, for the most part, it has made me a better writer. In the professional world, especially one where I am representing an elected official, I appreciate the "second eye" catching innocent mistakes that I may have made. I trust that it will catch most of my basic errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are absolutely wrong. They will rephrase sentences in such a way that it no longer conveys the point I was trying to make. But, these things are easily remedied; you can't rely on it to know EVERYTHING!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I will use the wrong tense of a word or omit a word on accident. Grammarly typically catches these things for me. It will also let me know when I've used a word that isn't needed in a sentence. I have really come to value those suggestions!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides easy-to-use grammar tools while writing simple emails and texts and works when creating presentations, sheets, docs, etc. I love the usefulness of it across platforms. The company even sends weekly insights into how I used the Grammarly tools the previous week and during my overall implementation of the resources. Thanks so much for your know-how.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Grammarly Business is sometimes having to log in multiple times. I am trying to see if this is an error from my technological side, or if it is due to the Grammarly platform, but at this time it seems to be an error from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates my need to proofread on another platform before sending emails, docs, presentations, etc. It also affords me more time to be more productive during the workday.
I love it and use it every day
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, it is really accurate and the recommendations help me improve my English writing skills. I love the analytics email notifications that provide excellent intel to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Spanish language is not supported yet and sometimes the Grammarly widget gets in the way (while I am writing). I would love to be able o relocate the widget anywhere I want, or even hide it entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to better explain terms in English. Because of the current job it is really important to share information in a clearly and kindly manner, so Grammarly has helped me a lot.
Your Own Personal Grammar Assistant (who doesn't judge!)
What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using Grammarly for work, I have felt an immense improvement in my communication! (it's even correcting me as I type right now!) Its non-intrusive interface along with its helpful recommendations make my work a million times easier. I never thought I would need a tool like this, and now I don't know what I would do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I don't like about Grammarly Business. I appreciate how it suggests new wording or grammar corrections, and I like the weekly email updates. The only thing I might comment on is that sometimes I feel like Grammarly is trying to "correct" my voice. We all type in a certain way that reflects our writing voice, and sometimes that doesn't agree with Grammarly. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me not only to be grammatically correct when typing but also to be more economical and precise with my wording. This means I can spend less time worrying about what I'm writing, and more time focusing on things I need to get done.

Sometimes I am writing an email or a paper, and I'm unsure if I'm writing grammatically correct, and Grammarly helps me have confidence in my writing.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. I love Grammarly, and I don't have a single complaint.

For a while, I have had an issue writing clearly and correctly. Grammarly Business has helped me become more formal, confident, and correct.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is built-in makes it so easy to use. I do not have to remember to set it up, turn it on, nothing - I just move along about my day, and it is there like a safety net. It has raised the professionalism of my writing and improved my skills overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike about it.

It catches all of my errors with punctuation, suggests synonyms for words that may have been repeated throughout the document, cautions on tone in text based on word choices, and all combined makes for a better representation of what I am trying to convey in my writing.
Working made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It will make one's work easier without worrying about grammar and punctuation. Plus, there is an option for you to rephrase the sentences or paragraphs depending on your choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, maybe it's just the subscription fee that is needed since it's not a free trial. Other than that, I do not see any downside since it's boosting my confidence and reliability at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm trying to communicate with native speakers through email, I can sound native or American as well with the help of the tool. And because of this, I can feel confident with what I do.
Grammarly provides a fast, easy, and free way to check for grammatical errors.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it provides an easy way to check for spelling and grammar and makes it easily identifiable. It is also convenient how it explains why there was an error so you do not make them again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how once you discard a suggestion the suggestion will return when you reload the document. I have experienced this primarily on google docs, especially for sentences that would be difficult for a "knowledgable audience" to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is solving problems with punctuation and spelling. It is also helping with clarity and arrangement of sentences and this helps me in academic essays so that I do not get marked down for grammar.
