Grammarly is just the best there is for me!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes writing and replying to our customers more personalized. I love how suggestion works and how it keeps my "tone" all throughout my paragraphs. I just love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly needs an internet connection to work its best. maybe for some people, this will be a downside. But for me, since my work needs internet i haven't experienced this concern. so thank you for being this accessible and helpful to my work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar, sentence construction, paragraph, individualized response to customers, setting the tone, productivity, predictive language, increase my performance in replying to the customers are the things that is beneficial for me in using Grammarly. i love how it double checks my spellings before I hit send email to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in sentence formation, and I prefer to use it all the time; when I start writing emails, I search for grammar corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the correction limit of 30 words, which may be useless in short mail writing.

It helps to form sentences with grammar in an assertive manner, it appreciated with the smilies

What do you like best about the product?
Grammar, spelling, and punctuation have always been strengths of mine. However, I need support in writing more efficiently and effectively. Grammarly is such a big help! I appreciate the guidance and suggestions Grammarly gives me to improve the messages I send. I have absolutely recommended this product to others since I have become a true believer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions Grammarly makes are not appropriate, and at other times when Grammarly suggests wording changes, the rest of the document no longer makes sense. I have to review the AI suggestions carefully when wording changes or phrasing are suggested to ensure that they are correct and don't alter the meaning of my text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I get too wordy or don't use the proper tone for the type of writing I am doing. Grammarly checks that for me and gives me suggestions to ensure that my writing is effective, efficient, and my meaning is clear to my audience.

Grammarly Business assist us to clearly communicate with our customers/peers and avoid problems caused by miscommunication and rework.

Does not support French and Spanish languages.

Our society based on diversion and immigration, there are less and less people who can write efficiently and clearly even in their mother language, this is a result of new era of technology that we are getting far from reading books and immersed into daily conversations in social media.

Work Smarter not Harder
What do you like best about the product?
It is such a helpful way to have my grammar and tone checked when sending business and personal emails. I have enjoyed using it to craft so many documents and it makes it more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to have it work with multi-languages as apposed to just working with English. I type a lot in Spanish and sometimes French, and it would be nice to have that grammar and tone checked as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my everyday spelling errors as well as checking my tone when I may sound too serious. I am also more productive and my business performance has increased immensely.

It sometimes Bugs and Does not Correct it And may Bug a lot on Google Docs Out of everything else its actually fine

Great Tool for business writing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the tool is polishing my writing skills; I know I can continue to write my thoughts and leave it up to Grammarly to refine my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though at times, I have seen it crashes and freeze my laptop, especially during the meetings.

Helping with making a professional writing style before sharing the content with the business.
This is really awesome as it captures small mistakes and help me send correct email.

Auto suggestions of the sentence. Shows all the spelling mistakes.

Sometimes it re-corrects the sentence twice or thrice

It is solving grammatically incorrect sentences. Give suggestions for already written sentences. Now all the emails that are being sent are Grammatically correct and Professional.

I'm not a native english speaker / writer so Grammarly is my ally to write emails and talk to people all around the world

Sometimes the green button gets in the way so I have to keep moving it

How it interjects when sending emails and messages and helps get my words down better and more effective

Sometimes it suggests changes that should be made and it may not be the message or point I am trying to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is not really a problem that Grammarly is solving, more so helping structure emails and messages better for the person I am talking to or the message I am trying to convey
