What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps my team edit efficiently and cheaply.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use it daily and my team can see all docs in one place for an easy source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that our company is able to integrate certain company-specific language into GB so that we are better equipped to communicate on all fronts and with all stakeholders using one unified voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions offered are not appropriate for the context or audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GB helps me communicate with customers from a Customer Support role using company-wide language. It offers suggestions that can help me use a more fitting tone in certain situations. I also love using Snippets to embed information and links that I share frequently.
Helful for grant writing!

Steers me away from passive voice and enforces me to ensure my language is clear especially in external communications

Sometimes when I accept the suggestions from Grammarly they do not take and I have to reload my page.

As I am new to my role, Grammarly has helped me gain confidence in my writing and emails to seem both professional and accessable.

I love the ease of use and integration, the suggestions are helpful and keep my messages clear and concise

Sometime when I am trying to be informal, it will make suggestions that are not the flavor that I want to use

It's also very accurate, and most of all, easy to use, no extra steps or tools are needed after installation. I don't have to spend countless hours re-reviewing large documents.

the pop up sometimes can get in the way of review items but it can be moved.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Grammarly has changed the way I think and write. As someone who struggles with spelling, grammar, and content at times, this tool has made me much more confident!

I love the stats you send with mastery info, but often I wonder how you got to that percentage. Other than googling it, you cannot figure out how you rated me at 78% more productive than other users - put your logic where folks can find it.

Spelling errors, grammar errors. Love the tone!
