Great for teams
What do you like best about the product?
When writing so much copy and onboarding new teams, solid communication is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to use on your phone unless you give too much permission to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another set of eyes working with a small team.
Completely revamped writing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has allowed me to expand my own writing ability, improved communications with key clients, and allowed me to zero in on the tone that I hope to portray in my writing. I use it every day multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Grammarly Business is that I do occasionally experience bugs such that it doesn't read an email or document I've written but these are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to zero in on the tone in my writing and make sure everything I write conveys exactly what I want it to.

We use Grammarly to detect AI use for student reports to prevent cheating,.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me elevate my writings. It has helped me be more professional and concise when writing emails, letter of recommendations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
the apostrophe revisions is kind of annoying because its something that can't correct myself since my keyboard only has 1 selection for it.

professionalism and directness in emails/letters of recommendation and spelling errors.
A reasonable tool for graduate students
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the predictiveness of the sense of a given sentence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps turning on an off from an application or a browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is very effective in finding some syntax problems. So, it is helping me to look professional when preparing a publication.
Makes Me Sound Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Grammarly business catches any small typos I make in all correspendence I send out via email. Makes me and my team look like we're very on top of our game.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Grammarly pop-up didn't exist. Sometimes it just gets in the way of my screen. Super small dislike regarding an efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot more clear and concise communication with partners and clients.

Sometimes I disagree with the suggestions as they can read rude or curt.

I like that it makes my writing more simplified and clearer to the reader.

I like that it can connect to all applications including email and online applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are too much - I am an OCD person and cannot stand seeing any red notifications on my content. Which can really start to bother me after a while. Its great for punctuation but names and what not are repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my content be clear and correct. It makes me look good to my company and peers.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly usually catches all my spelling and grammatical mistakes within my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found a downside to Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my spelling and running sentences.
The way this helps is incremental, but it advances your writing skills profoundly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write clearly and without errors makes my job much easier and I don't have to spend time proofreading my content before sending it. I am 10X more productive with this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Grammarly is that I sometimes get logged out of the system and don't realize I am logged out until I send an ambiguous email. Once I get logged back in I am back to my productive self

I am sending clear consistent emails that deliver my message without dual meaning and follow-up clarifying questions just to understand the meaning of the email.
