What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps our business in every facet, wether crafting consumer responses, internal reports, we can ensure we are communicating in the best possible written way!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly works great, the admin dashboard could be more elaborate but nothing worth noting!

Being able to write succintly and clearly!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is quick and easy to have my words and sentences corrected. I struggle with thinking of how to properly word my emails and important messages for work. It helps elimate any grammar errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything I dislike because of the amount of help I receive from Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a score. This gives instant insight into what level something is at and the level of work needed to fix it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact that it doesn't handle capitallization. This is by far the biggest issue we have in our organization and so even with using this tool, things still need edits. Even if you could figure out something like a suggestion so it points it out to people to look at the issue that could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team can publish written works that are fairly consistent because there is a proof reader using Grammarly.

Nothing at all , just the price is bit expensive.

Great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use, convenient, and accurate. I use it every day, and it is easily installed as a program on my internet browser. There are several useful features, such as proofreading and helping to use a specific tone in your writing. Highly recommend!

I would love to see Grammarly be integrated into all of our applications that we use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set goals for a particular document (e.g., expert audience, formal setting, etc.).
The ability to make the formatting and grammar consistent with one click (e.g., spacing after a period, capitalization).

The inability to customize the suggestions in a document. For example, in the legal field, party identifiers (e.g., Plaintiff) are not identified as proper nouns and appear incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is improving my writing—making is more readable and persuasive—which is improving my results at work.

It's helpful to make quick edits to spelling and grammar

Sometimes the icon prevents me from seeing what I'm typing and the X button is hard to bring up. Sometimes I have to temporarily disable to the tool

I really use this most when typing emails and it gives me peace of mind knowing that Im speaking properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly keeps me in check... spell and grammar check! It is such a great tool to have, it ensures that my internal and external communications sound professional and accurate. I am a good writer, but make mistakes like any other human does, especially when I am writing quickly. I check all my communications with Grammarly before sending to ensure accuracy. The software makes good suggestions on corrections of sentences as well, even though I dont't always agree with them! I also like the bubble with correction that pops up as I am typing, I can simply check on things at the end instead of marking things as incorrect as I type. This makes it easy to integrate with various systems like Outlook and Microsoft Office. And it is great for punctuation as well. I highly recommend it, I use it all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides. I work in finance, so the system doesn't capture jargon and certain ways of writing at times, so it marks it as incorrect, even though it is correct. Not a big deal though, I am used to sorting through which corrections to accept and which ones to dismiss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures that my communications are properly spelled, gramatically accurate, and properly punctuated.
I've used Grammarly Business every workday for over two years now. I've had a great experience.
