I use the tool several times a day without even realising it because of its seamless integration with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and browsers.
After installation, it operates automatically in the background, making implementation simple. It is a useful all-in-one writing assistant because of its many features, which range from tone detection to plagiarism detection. When I need assistance, customer service and documentation are also clear and beneficial.

The primary drawback of Grammarly is that some of its more sophisticated features, like plagiarism detection and full-sentence rewrites, are only available with the premium plan, which may feel restrictive to users who only occasionally require those features. Although the tool is very user-friendly, it can occasionally be a little aggressive with suggestions, particularly when writing in more academic or technical contexts. I occasionally have to override recommendations that don't fit the tone or meaning.
Another small problem is that when working with very large Google Docs or long-form documents, integration may lag a little. Grammarly works well most of the time, but occasionally it lags or takes a while for suggestions to load. Although response times vary, customer service is helpful.
