Grammarly solves the problem of catching errors and unclear phrasing that are easy to overlook when you’re writing quickly. It helps with grammar, punctuation, and tone, which means your writing comes across as more professional and polished without needing extra rounds of editing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Grammarly is it's user interface which is very easy to understand. Can easily integrate with chrome, social media, outlook etc which helps us to create error free texts. Customer support is responsive on emails and provide quick resolutions. Another best part is it's suggestions to make sentences more clear to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything in specific which i dislike but, sometimes even correct phrases are flagged which I am sure is correct and I use to ignore those suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing the problem of Plagiarism before Grammarly, when our respondents used copied content to fill our surveys. Grammarly helped our analysts to detect if the responses are duplicate or plagiarized. This function has maintained the integrity of survey outcomes and helped us to disqualify those responses. This has saved a lot of our time that would otherwise spent to do manual data checks.
It's really helpful and quickly figuring it grammatical mistakes and look professional.
