What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly catches what I miss. I also like the suggestions for simplifying my message and offering alternates. It's great that Grammarly works through multiple programs that I use, like PowerPoint and Word. These features streamline my work and help me be more efficient, catching possible errors across all the programs I use, which keeps my work consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like the suggestions made, but that's fine with me. I'd like a function for using Canadian spelling with an ability to alternate to US spelling when needed. I tried to use it with Canva but it's not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to correct simple spelling errors and overlooked grammar mistakes. It catches what I miss, suggests simplifications, and offers alternatives, making my work consistent across multiple programs and streamlining my efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is easy to use and I enjoy having it installed on my phone. I can check instantly, which is very convenient. I also enjoy that it's just always available for me to use. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when I'm writing a paper, and it keeps telling me something is in past tense. Also, sometimes the suggestions tell me one thing when it's not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me with everyday writing, especially school papers and important emails. It solves grammar errors, particularly punctuation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions that Grammarly offers aren't always better. I will use a specific word because it fits the tone of what I'm trying to describe in my writing, but Grammarly will suggest an alternative that doesn't always match the dynamic I'm going for.
One of the main things I dislike about Grammarly is its newer format. I almost always use the "classic doc" feature when writing because it feels more user-friendly to me.

When I post a review online or write a journal entry for my son, I want it to be grammatically correct. While I try my best to achieve perfection on my own, it's nice to have a tool I can go to to check my work. Grammarly is best used as just that: a tool to utilize, not something to make you sound like a better writer than you actually are.
