What do you like best about the product?
I really like Grammarly's features and the user interface. I find the user interface simple, which makes it easy to navigate. I value the grammar fixing feature because it improves my grammar and helps make my writing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed, it sometimes acts slow or doesn't look for other words at times. The speed of it giving a suggestion.

I use Grammarly to fix grammar and improve the flow and sentence structures of my writing.

I like that Grammarly automatically suggests where I have mistakes and helps improve them, especially in my research papers and HR emails. It's crucial for me to have well-formatted and properly structured emails to make a good impression. Grammarly always finds my grammatical and spelling mistakes and fixes them. It can also change the tone of my emails or research papers to formal or professional, which is really helpful. For my research papers, it assists in removing plagiarism, which is very important. Setting up Grammarly is also super easy, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the subscription amount for Grammarly should be a bit lower. It's a very good tool, but the price could be more affordable. There are many other tools out there that offer similar features for free, like tone changing, paraphrasing, and editing. I feel like they should offer more affordable pricing, especially since some tools provide these services at no cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for writing research papers and HR emails. It helps improve vocabulary, corrects grammar and spelling errors, and changes tone to formal, enhancing document quality. It also assists in removing plagiarism from research papers.

I think sometimes it forces kindness and formal tone way too much. It's like it doesn't allow a human to sometimes be okay with imperfections in releasing emotions freely. And if somebody's willing to be open and not wanting to use soft language, it should catch the idea, catch the intent, and let the message be the way a person is conveying.

It suggests if a sentence could be improved and even points out if I start a sentence with a small letter, recommending I use uppercase. This makes the writing process very smooth for me. Grammarly is really helpful because I often have to write content quickly, and it saves me from having to manually find and correct all mistakes. It's reliable for detecting mistakes, and I can count on it instead of scanning my entire text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that some of the features are paid. I feel that people might think that, okay, this is working out for me. Without the subscription, why should I pay for the premium version? I think Grammarly could make some of the premium features free or maybe give people a demo on how the better premium features will help them. Even I could use those premium features to see how helpful they are for me.

Grammarly helps me correct minor or careless grammatical mistakes quickly, improving my content writing efficiency. It detects errors, provides suggestions, and suggests better sentence formations, making writing smoother and faster, especially under tight deadlines. Also the Ai tone/ format changer is a lifesaver while doing academic or formal written work.
