I really appreciate the auto suggestions and the one-click improvements, as they help me save time and add quality to my content. Additionally, the initial setup and use of Grammarly's features were quite easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the plagiarism engine could be improved because it detects plagiarism for even a couple of words, which I think should not be considered as plagiarism.

Boosts Writing Confidence with Accurate, Professional Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Grammarly is how smoothly it catches grammar and spelling mistakes while also helping improve clarity and tone. It honestly makes writing feel easier, and it gives me more confidence knowing my work comes across as clear and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do find frustrating, though, is that some of Grammarly’s most helpful features are locked behind the paid version. And honestly, there are times when the suggestions feel a bit repetitive or not all that useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps tackle things like grammar mistakes, unclear wording, and tone issues. For me, it’s been really useful because it saves time, improves the overall quality of my writing, and helps make sure my messages come across clear and professional.
AI-Powered Writing Assistant, Needs Mobile UI Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for my MBA essays, and I like its AI and automatic features, especially the auto correct and auto drafting sentences. It's quite simple and easy to install, and guides are available to help with the setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Grammarly needs to be improved on Android and iOS devices because the UI isn't as clean as on Windows. Also, using Grammarly on multiple apps doesn't work well, and it doesn't work perfectly with my Microsoft Office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly fixes spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in my MBA essays.
Enhances Clarity and Consistency Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly quietly catches mistakes without interrupting my flow. It works in the background to fix obvious issues before they become distractions. I find the clarity and conciseness suggestions incredibly valuable because they help me tighten sentences and eliminate unnecessary fluff, which is crucial for professional writing. I appreciate the consistency Grammarly offers across different tools, whether it's email, documentation, or chat, ensuring the same standards everywhere. This consistency removes context switching, reducing quality drift and maintaining predictable, clean communication. I trust that if something reads clearly and meets Grammarly's checks, it won't cause confusion or require clarification, making communication efficient. I also like using Grammarly with docs and other tools because it takes care of clarity and mechanics, allowing me to focus on content accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, some suggestions are too generic or overly cautious. Grammarly will sometimes “correct” things that are technically fine or intentionally concise, especially in technical or direct writing. You have to know when to ignore it, or your writing starts to sound bland. Second, it doesn’t fully understand context. For nuanced, domain-specific language, it can misinterpret intent and flag things that aren’t actually problems. That’s manageable, but it means blind acceptance is a mistake. Third, tone suggestions can be hit or miss. They’re helpful as a signal, not a rule. I don’t want an algorithm deciding how assertive or neutral I should sound — that judgment still belongs to me. Finally, the premium upsell can be intrusive. Constantly highlighting paid suggestions breaks flow and adds noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to cut ambiguity, highlight awkward sentences, and ensure clarity and conciseness, which is essential for professional communication. It provides consistent writing standards across tools, saving time and preventing misunderstandings.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Grammarly for its real-time grammar corrections, helpful writing suggestions, tone detection, vocabulary improvements, and the way it enhances both clarity and confidence in my professional and everyday communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly occasionally offers inaccurate suggestions and often has difficulty understanding context. It tends to overcorrect when I'm working on creative writing, which can be frustrating. The tool also depends a lot on a stable internet connection, and many of its features are restricted unless you pay for them. At times, it can feel intrusive or distracting, especially when I'm trying to concentrate on my writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists me in correcting grammar errors, enhancing clarity, and fine-tuning the tone of my writing. It not only saves me time but also increases my confidence and enables me to communicate more professionally, whether I'm composing messages, emails, or handling everyday writing tasks.
Essential for Researchers, Despite Technical Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to improvise my research thesis, and I like how it helps me identify grammatical mistakes while writing. I appreciate the plagiarism feature because it highlights specific parts where I need to change sentences. It's also helpful in identifying common grammatical mistakes when writing emails or text messages. As a researcher, Grammarly helps me spot shortcomings in literature reviews before presenting them to supervisors or professors. The initial setup was pretty easy because the UI was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes misunderstands the actual true meaning in paragraphs like tones and context, especially in my field of engineering. It does not always understand technical words and often flags some symbols used in engineering. It struggles with equations and pseudo codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to identify grammatical mistakes in my research thesis and emails, improving my writing. The plagiarism feature highlights sentences to change, ensuring originality. It's valuable for reviewing literature, pointing out shortcomings before presentations.

I also found setting up Grammarly pretty easy without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while writing, the Grammarly pop-up button, the green one, just disappears or isn't found. I have to minimize the MS Word tab, open the Grammarly app, change settings, and then check if the button appears again. Otherwise, it's tough because I have to copy and paste my work into Grammarly app to correct it. So, the disappearing pop-up is a problem.
