Essential for Error-Free Writing, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to correct my grammar mistakes, which helps me in my day-to-day life. I really like that it corrects mistakes automatically, kind of like autocorrect. Recently, I love the feature where it automatically writes everything for me. It's kind of an AI feature. It's also very easy to set up; you just need to install the extension or software to use it, which is not difficult at all. I use Grammarly in my browser, email, or wherever I type, which is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should improve their premium membership to low price. It cost so much to pay...just for grammar mistakes...this isn't fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to correct my grammar mistakes, mainly while typing emails or scheduling meetings. It automatically corrects mistakes like autocorrect and helps in my day-to-day life.

For developers or technical users, it doesn’t always understand domain-specific terms, code-related text, or mixed technical language very well.

I like most about it that it is so easy to use in day to day work. It works quietly in the background and gives suggestion without interrupting my flow. Setup was very simple and integrates smoothly with the other tools i use often like email, etc. I use it frequently because it helps catch small grammar mistakes improves sentence clarity. It has good range of features from basic grammar to tone and clarity suggestion which actually help make writing more professional. The customer support is also very well answer everything what i have asked.

Sometimes suggestion feels a bit repetitive or too strict especially for causal writing . A few advanced features are only available in paid version which may not ideal for everyone.

The GRAMMARLY acts as a second set of eyes. It’s great for pulling me out of a vocabulary rut by suggesting fresh synonyms so my copy doesn’t feel repetitive. And Integrates well across each plateform in form of browser extension. The built-in plagiarism checker is a huge sanity-saver, especially when I’m managing high volumes of content. I also love that it follows me into my email, So being able to send polished, concise replies from my phone without worrying about on-the-go typos is a game changer, so it becomes daily part of my workflow. And Also implementation process is direct ot the point and take zero time to start with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In The GRAMMARLY when the AI gets a bit too literal. And Every once in a while, it will flag a creative stylistic choice or a deliberate play on words as a grammatical error.It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little distracting when you’re in a flow state and have to stop to dismiss a suggestion that doesn't fit the creative tone I'm aiming for.

GRAMMARLY solved the problem of editing fatigue. When I’m juggling multiple projects, it’s easy for the quality to dip or for the brand voice to get a bit blurry. Grammarly keeps everything from deep-dive blogs to quick client updates make clean and consistent. And Also It has significantly cut down on the back-and-forth revisions regarding small typos, which means I can spend more time focusing on meeting my team's high-level requirements and less time worrying about misplaced commas.

Adding stronger customization options, such as industry-specific writing modes or user-defined dictionaries, would help tailor suggestions to specialized content. It would also be helpful if Grammarly could better distinguish between conversational, technical, and formal writing styles to avoid unnecessary or misleading corrections.
