What do you like best about the product?
I like the plagiarism removal feature in Grammarly the most. It's quite good because it helps me post blogs that aren't AI-generated or copied from someone else's work by rewriting and rephrasing content very well. Also, it's quite easy to set up, which is a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integration in the system like macOS, where if you are in Slack or WhatsApp, you cannot integrate Grammarly there. It only works on the web, so I'm just hoping Grammarly solves this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to fix grammar issues in my blogs and emails. It helps reframe emails according to tone, whether casual or formal, and corrects grammar mistakes effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to correct sentences and it helps to improve my writing quality. I like that it works with all sites and automatically suggests corrections. The switch from WordWeb to Grammarly was prompted by Grammarly's ability to correct not just words, but grammar and full sentences. It's also easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Grammarly good for small writing, but it struggles with large writing. Also, I think there should be a custom prompting option to convert tone.

Grammarly is great because it catches those tiny grammar and spelling mistakes that I completely miss when I'm busy. It is super easy to use in my daily work. I especially like the tone suggestions because they help me sound more formal and educated when I am reaching out to our enterprise clients. It is just there in the background, making sure I don't look messy.

But it is definitely not perfect. Sometimes it is way too strict with the rules. It can make my writing sound a bit robotic, which is the opposite of what I want as a storyteller. It also struggles with technical engineering terms and flags things that are actually right. And that little bubble icon is always hovering over buttons I need to click, which is pretty annoying.

It really just saves me time on the basic editing. I can focus on the creative side and the brand strategy while it handles the proofreading. It keeps our communication professional across emails and social posts, so I don't have to second-guess every single sentence.
