What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly could integrate better with Google Docs because sometimes the formatting doesn't sync properly. It would also be great if Grammarly could handle comments and suggestions in Google Docs more smoothly, without interrupting the layout.
