What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Grammarly for grammatical and spelling errors, which I often miss in emails and texts. It also helps me adjust tone and improve clarity. I like how quick and easy it is to use Grammarly, and the real-time suggestions work really well. It makes my writing more clear and professional. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions don't match the tone I want. But that's fine.

I use Grammarly to catch grammatical and spelling errors in emails and texts, adjust tone, and improve clarity, making my writing more clear and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for correcting grammar in paragraphs. I like that it gives suggestions that are really useful. Rephrasing is very easy because when there's an error, it's highlighted and an alternative is suggested. Additionally, setting it up through the browser plugin was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rephrasing feature is only available in the paid version, and it would be more helpful if it was extended to the basic account. The subscription fee is high. For academicians, the subscription fee could be waived, similar to how Canva offers free access for people with academic email IDs, especially for teachers and professors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for correcting grammar, punctuation, and grammatical errors. It gives useful suggestions and makes rephrasing easy by highlighting errors and suggesting alternatives.

Grammarly is especially useful for writing emails, academic assignments, social media posts, and formal documents. The tone suggestions and clarity improvements ensure my message is clear and appropriate for the audience. The feature I like most about Grammarly is how easy and intuitive it is to use while still being very powerful. Another thing I enjoy is how seamlessly it works across different platforms, allowing me to write confidently across emails, documents, browsers, and messaging apps without worrying about switching tools or copying text elsewhere for corrections. The initial setup of Grammarly was also very easy and straightforward.

Sometimes the suggestions can feel a bit repetitive or overly strict, especially when the writing is creative or conversational, and I don’t always agree with every recommendation.

I like Grammarly's accuracy in detecting whether my passages or texts written with large language models come out as AI-generated. I also appreciate the humanizer feature. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy.

I find the user onboarding with Grammarly and ads a bit problematic.

I also find it the best tool for checking English and appreciate how easy it was to set up, with nothing difficult about it.

I think as a student Grammarly should be free for students or at least the cost should be a little lower.
