What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Grammarly for composing emails, personal annotations, and refining grammar in conventional poetry. It helps me improve my accuracy in English writing. I like its new AI feature integration as it can summarize, give new ideas, and many more. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Grammarly could add multilingual support as well as domain-based written proficiency.

it is cloud-based, everything we type is processed on its servers. While it has strong encryption, users in sensitive fields like law or healthcare often avoid it due to data retention policies.

The best thing about grammarly is that it helps me proofread officiall mails and also it works in other apps as well

It sometimes get stuck while in other apps and also the free version contains a lot of ads and sometimes it doesn't get the context of the sentence

The autocorrect can be enhanced. There are some cases when I'm actually frustrated with the autocorrect. Sometimes users intentionally write something wrong, but it's being autocorrected. They should work more on that.

I think, the Plagiarism Checker sometimes doesn't work at all. Some of the suggestions can be incorrect.

Grammarly works very fast, and it keeps suggesting solutions and how to make something better. It's active on the screen with me all the time and doesn't disrupt the flow when I'm writing something. The initial setup was easy, seamless, and very smooth. I would rate it 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly just gets stuck or doesn't work due to some bugs. When there are bugs, Grammarly starts to glitch or stop working. If these bugs are fixed, I would have a better and smoother experience.
