easy implementation, configuration and adoption of the solution, script customization features are very helpful for vulnerability management staff

There were some issues with the dashboard, All of the tools at your disposal can be a little overwhelming, but you get used to it.

Great Tool for Vulnerability Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Vicarius vRx is one of the few tools I have used that truly delivers on its promises. In addition to offering just one type of license that covers all its features, its implementation is incredibly fast, regardless of the company's scope. Scheduled patching and vulnerability management are handled in a very intuitive and straightforward way, helping to resolve vulnerabilities much faster than with a traditional approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say I dislike about Vicarius is that sometimes they don’t have Spanish-speaking support engineers, so I have to wait a few extra minutes to be assisted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me resolve vulnerabilities by patching operating systems and applications very quickly. Work that used to take me months can now be completed in days or even less.

That allows me to have visibility over all my assets and identify any vulnerabilities they may present.

At the moment I would not have anything negative to say about the tool.
