Very powerful, but a few limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Storyblok's strong capabilities in handling large-scale, multilingual projects, which is a significant advantage for content-heavy websites. We use it in all of our projects. Its features, such as the preview and drag-and-drop functionality, are impressive, providing a powerful toolkit for content editors. Storyblok is also commendable for its scalability, efficiently managing thousands of pages. Additionally, the customer support is noteworthy for being fast and friendly, enhancing the overall user experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its strengths, Storyblok has areas that need improvement. The interface, while intuitive, can be overly complex, leading to confusion, especially for those who may not be as technically inclined. This complexity in Storyblok suggests a need for more streamlined navigation or better guidance. Furthermore, Storyblok's security features, particularly in roles and permissions management, are basic and could benefit from further development. The documentation is solid, but often out of date or hard to search. Also the speed at which Storyblok resolves feature requests and bugs, can sometimes be slower than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling large complex and multilanguage websits and scale.
Storyblok is one of the best CMS's I've used for creating rich content
What do you like best about the product?
Our clients love the live editor, that's been a game changer for us. Also really love how easy it is to add new blocks to content types, and new fields to blocks, I like how you can access that functionaliy directily from story you are currently working on, this saves our developers a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little slow to load, lack of utilities and helpers for React/Next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick for our devs to get started on a new project, not having to worry about migrating data or running php/docker locally saves us so much time. Easy to use interface and content/block structure means or devs get familiar with how things work in Storyblok much faster than other CMS's.
An extremely user-friendly platform, easy to keep information
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to implement edits to my website, immediately. There is no processing - add/change any picture or copy and the live webpage is updated as soon as you press "publish changes." The editer is also very user friendly- it's a simple text box or "change image."
I love that it easily stores all our images & documents right on the platform to refer back to later. And, it's extremely easy to link to both other Storyblok webpages, as well as external URLs.
My team and I use it all the time, for our entire website and any additional landing pages we create.
The program is very intuitive; often reading up on the topic will help resolve any roadblocks. Even still, we have been able to get in touch with Storyblok's customer service to resolve issues.
Adding new aspects to your site is no problem. We are currently integrating our blog from WordPress onto Storyblok and we are excited for it all to be connected.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the block templates can be a little finicky, which is bothersome. Our developers will have to jump in and show us how to use a feature or resolve a bug. But when templates are up and running, they're super efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a large team of marketers, and my favorite Storyblok feature is the collaboration. It's so easy to work together and make changes from anywhere in the world (some of my team is based in the US, while others are based in Zurich). It can be difficult for us to get on the same page, at the same time, from different locations around the world. But the collaboration aspect of Storyblok allows us to easily make changes together and see what they look like "live" in a matter of minutes.
Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Storyblok as an employee to build Landingpages for my company. It was super easy to get used to the work environment. The interface is easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying text from my word document can screw up the formatting sometimes. This can be a bit annoying. It is also hard to find the right/most relevant page when using the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helps us to quickly create and change landing pages, an aspect that is important in a fast moving company.
Empowering to create dynamic and visually stunning websites with ease.

The modular approach allows for effortless content management, while the visual editor streamlines the process, enabling a dynamic and efficient workflow. Additionally, the robust API support and collaboration features contribute to a smooth and collaborative development experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are challenges in terms of complexity during initial setup, involving understanding stories, spaces, content types, and API usage. There are also challenges with bulk edits, GraphQL API limitations, and an initially overwhelming interface that hinders the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for seamless content management, enabling developers to efficiently organize and update content without compromising website speed. Its modular approach empowers developers to design and structure websites flexibly, ensuring a tailored and efficient architecture that aligns with specific project requirements.
A powerful platform that caters for all needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really flexible, powerful content platform that really allows you to shape your content and then consume it however you wish. It's really easy to get started, has a free 'community tier and integrates really quickly and easily into most UI projects.
I use it daily at the moment and will be using it moving forward for all my client projects where they need a fully-featured, yet flexible CMS solution.
For example, I use Astro and Storyblok integrates in under 5 minutes with no fussing or faffing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in datasources could be more useful if they allowed for tiered key relations. For example, if you need something like a country > city relationship using the built-in Storyblok datasources, you'll struggle.
But this isn't a database, it's a CMS. The main blocker sometimes is the pricing. The community (i.e. free) tier is really great and very generous, but after this it's a large jump to the entry level pricing tier. This is oftern overkill for smaller projects or for some clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Jamstack-oriented web developer, my main focus is on providing great content experiences to clients' end users. One of the best ways to do this is via a platform like Storyblok as it allows clients to focus on their content and allows me to focus on consuming that content using the best technical means appropriate for the project.
Solid CMS solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fast to integrate to new user cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing more private mode options for some use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implement a multilingual version of our app and web interfaces, allowing non-coders to edit texts. We use storyblok to run and set up campaigns (planning to implement also surveys) for different versions of components for not coders.
Great helper
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy to work with tool that I use almost daily. Here even an experienced user can learn and progress very quickly. Implementation was a very smooth process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few functionalities that it still lacks, which prevent experienced user to get more creative, i.e. adding HTML assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a constantly changing environment of our website.
Storyblok is a very easy to use content management system
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ease of use. I onboarded content managers really in minutes and mostly they needed not more support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the navigation is a bit different than in other apps, so it needs some learning curve, but if understood very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several digital channels and want to create a unified content strategy for all these channels and a first step is to find a place for all contents and share them between each other.
