What do you like best about the product?
- highly responsive customer service
- feedback is passed on to their product managers
- strong learning module concepts
- growth in use of data insights
- great tool for practicing pitches for sales and account management teams
What do you dislike about the product?
- better export of user data on specific modules (though Mindtickle tool my feedback and it should be completed soon in their roadmap)
- even more room to use AI tools (ex auto quiz generation),

It helps our sales teams learn about our products and practice pitching

Great Platform with Multiple Use Cases

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to leverage MT for multiple use cases in sales, marketing, channel, and internal enablement. There are multiple stake holders who benefit from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to set up in terms of having all the appropriate documentation, collateral, and this requires input from many different teams across the organization. But once set up, the value is quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle allowed us to onboard, train, and regularly update a larger sales team of varying degree of knowledge about our company and offering. It also allows for near real time, on the field coaching by managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle allows you to incorporate all of your internal documentation into a single entity. A centralized space to streamline content and training for our ever growing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a single thing yet - but I will keep you posted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are growing at a rapid rate, we really wanted to streamline training and make more things automated. We have a huge library of incredible content, but now we have a more modern approach on sharing the information.

It requires a lot of navigation, everytime you have to start from the beginning

What do you like best about the product?
I like Mindtickle because it has a bunch of cool things to help sales teams get better. It's easy to use, has fun training stuff, and shows you all sorts of numbers and data. Plus, it can tell you where your team can do better, which helps everyone work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Mindtickle provides robust functionality, it falls short in terms of integration with other software. There are times when data import and export could be smoother, particularly when interfacing with certain CRM systems. This lack of seamless integration can sometimes slow down the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've liked using Mindtickle. It's been good for training our sales team and watching how they're doing. There are a few things that could be better, like changing the training stuff and working with other software, but overall, it's more good than bad.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and I love the review questions after the complete a Quick Update. I also like that it creates a Scorecard for each Sales Associate by looking at their Capabilities and Competencies. Then each Sales Associate can work on the Area that they need to improve on - by looking at the Companies Benchmarks for each area.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the Admin side I wish that you could get a Heatmap of all of the Missions that are in a Series to see which Mission needs to have a Review Completed. I want to know the status of each Sales Associate so that I know who needs to be contacted for a follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Manager can assign MindTickle to complete alot of the Training that's needed for the Organization so that the Sales Manager can focus on the Coaching Aspect instead of all the Training that's needed to bring a New Sales Associate into our Industry.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and distribute content to remote teams as well as track completion rates to ensure content is being consumed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to highlight something from a course collection if it doesn't have the ability to directly link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to distribute content to our sales team so they have the most up to date information about product, personas, and messaging.

The ability to have learning content and client-facing content on the same platform. Easier to engage reps and support with ongoing and quick learning updates.

UI could be better within the learning elements and overview pages. Would love more customization.

What do you like best about the product?
The LMS platform offers a seamless user experience for both learners and administrators. Its user-friendly interface, along with a modern design, makes it highly intuitive to navigate. Additionally, the platform provides reasonable customization options.

One of its standout features is the integration of the call intelligence platform within the same tool, providing easy access. The ability to transform recorded calls into valuable enablement material adds further convenience and enhances the overall usability of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the call intelligence platform has great potential, but it could use some additional refinement to become a truly powerful tool. I'm eagerly anticipating the upcoming AI releases to see the enhanced capabilities it will bring to the table.

Moreover, I believe that the CSM platform could benefit from a bit more customization options. This would enable us to tailor it further to our specific needs and make the overall experience even more seamless and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through our continuous learning program, we have successfully centralized all enablement content into a single, reliable source. This centralization has led to a more seamless onboarding experience, resulting in a reduction in the ramp-up period for new team members. Moreover, it has provided us with the foundation to cultivate a strong coaching and feedback culture within the organization.
