Very useful tool in order to improve performance
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is a realtime platform what improves the performance of the sales reps. The platform saves a lot of time for the Managers through reduced admin time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's time consuming to make a lot of changes in the profiles of the users. This is needed when groups and managers change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We administer the coaching sessions between a manager and sales rep in order to improve the performance of the Sales Reps.

What do you like best about the product?
The 2 things I like most about MindTickle are 1) the ability to have sales reps upload videos for review so that we can truly test the skills and find examples to share with the rest of the team and 2) the excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we've faced is easy reporting for managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 2 business problems we are solving are 1) onboarding new sales reps faster and 2) certifying the rest of the sales team on an ongoing basis.

Consider using MindTickle not only for onboarding new reps but also for ongoing enablement

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle helps us conduct regular assessments effectively which over 800 employees at NowFloats regularly undergo. The region-wise analysis really helps us understand what we must focus on in training.
The support has been great and they have been always available for any concerns, meanwhile always suggest what we could do to leverage the platform better.

What do you dislike about the product?
The App sometimes takes longer to load the data. We'd also like to see features like scheduling content / assessment updates and different formats of assessments on the App in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is present across over 70 branches in India and MindTickle helps us keep all teams updated with all new feature / product releases. It is also helping us test the product knowledge of our teams through regular assessments. We conduct an analysis of content consumption and test results which eventually helps us strategize better.

MindTickle is a great product when you want to continuously keep sharing content with your teams and evaluate them on various parameters.

One stop for all the learners to access the product knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive training platforms that help conceptualize our organizations processes and industry knowledge with ease. This is a user friendly platform which makes it easy to deploy enablement learning programs. The real time leaderboard while taking courses creates a healthy competition between employees, each of them wanting to have the best score.We've had great customer support and guidance from MindTickle to help us design our onboarding programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor improvements to the reporting and metrics and more granular roles are in progress and will be highly appreciated. Development of a user community and a conference will come in time. The new Learner UI is great and waiting for a new Admin UI to come up soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle to onboard our new joiners, at scale, with tracking. We are now able to demonstrate quantitatively the adoption of training across teams, accelerating and improving to establish and ensure that the many changes that occur in our fast-paced business are adopted.

It is the easiest platform to help sales team to train in different skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but as a suggestion I would like to tell them to improve their reports & analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to improve in call quality. By tracking our sales agents day to day performance and seeing them improved every day It is the easiest platform to share the feedback. Sharing the quick updates, we can also use this platform to share our team huddles every morning regardless of shift timings.

Share knowledge easily and make sure everyone is onboarding effectively

Support was okay - could've used more education from the company during the set-up

Helps employees gain a foundation of knowledge, and reduces redundancy of additional resources to bring them up to speed.

Some restrictions on access, i.e. deleting data on former team members. understood this isn't a MT issue.

Sales coaching - I haven't realized any benefits yet but haven't engaged enough just yet

Mindtickle provides an easy user interface to upload training modules and videos, and to search for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to discern whether or not a module is required vs. optional. For the most part, I am very satisfied with Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company supports a very complex technology that is rapidly evolving. Mindtickle allows us to stay on top of the evolving trends and technologies. Mindtickle also allows for more career/personal development as it is not solely focused on product awareness and education.
