Mindtickle is the number one component of our business success

What do you like best about the product?
We are a sales training company. The Mindtickle platform is the key to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the when a Learner is done we need to remove them from the platform. We need to have inactive learners on the site so that clients can leverage their Missions as learning resources. We have to charge the same for inactive learners as active
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
practice for sales. love the video line on the bottom where we can give specific feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple process for creating assessments and role plays. Allows us to get a good sense of where reps are at post on-boarding. What did we miss? Where can we followup to ensure they retain the information they will need throughout our sales process?
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics could be more streamlined. Additionally, some of the functionality components could be made easier (e.g. re-assigning a course, copying a topic to a different course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring reps are retaining information post on-boarding. Using role plays to help us identify gaps / stars when it comes to product positioning updates, conferences, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of the product of MindTickle is that it adopts to your needs with guidance of your Customer Success Manager; no matter if you want to increase communicate, do training, do onboarding, share quick messages, analyse your sales reps, MindTickle's solutions will fit to your needs.
Work with stuff of MindTickle is rewarding; they are fast, supportive and customer needs are listened through carefully and considered while developing the content further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention - all works as I wish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To increase weekly sales related communication and to share the relevant info and knowhow from the huge information flow.
Benefits; easier to share even small bites to information, sales reps share feedback more than before, trackable methods for attendance and to evaluete know how of sales people

What do you like best about the product?
The easy interface and the gamification of learning has help drive participation and long term learning campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it to integrate with a performance management system. I suspect this is coming in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orientation, onboarding of new employees, professional skills training, industry knowledge training, product training, sales training, videos, test, articles, company documents, it's easier to say what it doesn't do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great CMS system! Great for on the roach or your computer.

Great Experience with MindTickle

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is a great learning platform for our Sales organization. It's easy to build and deliver content, and the role-play capability is outstanding. The analytics are great. MindTickle has provided exceptional support to us - from our account manager to the support and product teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that are on their roadmap (like sub-groups of content and groups) that would really help the administrative experience. I think the home page layout could be improved. Integration with Salesforce is just access via Salesforce; data integration has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our new Onboarding program relies on MindTickle - and we've seen reps accelerate into role 60% faster. We've streamlined communication to the field using MindTickle, reducing email communications. We now have a method for delivering and tracking information and training, achieving >90% compliance on key initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
It works for my line of work and what I need. It’s easier to use than most of these business related apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add alittle more branches. Other than that it’s all in all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier communications, helps with organization of business meetings and quick approaches to what we need to get across.

Mindtickle has potential, but isn't quite there yet

What do you like best about the product?
UI is user-friendly. Automation of some functions streamlines process. A wide range of file types are accepted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin UI is a mess, including email templates. Poor analytics and reporting. Updates are rolled out without proper testing and often break. Support for the admin is lacking. Some functions are promised, but never deliver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for sales onboarding, which is a huge time saver. We also use it for ongoing training for our sales team, such a product updates. Adoption isn't as high as we'd like, but it does help us to streamline the training process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform has a lot of promise, but expect to use a third-party software for analytics and reporting. The automation and setup streamlines the process. The functions that exist are great, but beware of updates, which are often untested upon rollout. User support is great, but admin support is often slow or unresponsive.

Leaderboard is nice to have to see where I'm at personally and compared to peers
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous trainings are sorted out that well so it can be difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Knowledge. A central place where the company as a whole is in unison with trainings and product updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. We use Mindtickle for all our internal trianings and it has been a blast to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would say I dislike is that we have to watch all the video all the way through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for sales coaching and learning new sales tactics and our competitors.

I would definitely evaluate it and see if is has a place in your sales org
