Admin user with fast growing agriculture startup
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create content. The object choices make creating courses easy, varied and interesting. Also, analytics are very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more ability to format and/or configure custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle has enabled On-boarding of new employees quickly and consistently while monitoring progress. We also deliver program specific information to the entire sales team and can track and monitor progress. We have also practiced company "word track" using Missions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a Customer Service Rep dedicated to our account has been helpful in sharing best practices, troubleshooting and discovering new ways to use the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it easy it is to upload enablement content and track progress. They also have a really good support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if MindTickle can make it simpler to add people to certain learning groups. Right now, their support team will help you with that. I am sure that feature will come down the road soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling different teams on product updates, use cases and solutions.
Delivering knowledge sessions was never this easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle has helped us render bite-sized content using the series and the quick updates. Powers sales folks with Who, What, How, When and Why of the Sales Pitch and the Product Line. This makes Sales Folks ready for the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we face issues while we execute voice-overs on presentations, there are glitches in the recordings that require rework at times.

This tool has a lot in its store when it comes to Sales Enablement, it just needs the right ideation and thought to carry out what you need to achieve.

the data is so well maintained in mind tickle that you don't need to do anything. you want any data details it's there in the analytics,

onboarding training - less time consuming
Meets our needs for a rapidly growing training audience and actively collaborates for future enhance
What do you like best about the product?
Linking a content series for automatic assignment when a user is added to a Group is one of our favorite features. It has reduced our manual efforts in assigning training to users at various points in their onboarding journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was clearer and more API functionality, and the ability to link directly to module level content (in addition to the series level) and hope to see this feature built out soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding training process is very content heavy up front and we are working with MindTickle to solve well known content retention challenges (ie. ‘the forgetting curve’). We are very pleased to have collaborative effort underway to build a more just-in-time assignment of training that is better aligned with our user’s learning journey.
Incredibly intuitive, easy to use LMS that can achieve most of your learning needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of learning types you can create, ensuring a true blended approach. I particularly love the fact that I can create Knowledge Checks and drop them into different parts of the learning, and track all completion and certifications along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. If anything I wish they had better graphics/images for the content headings and titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily using MTC today to build our entire sales onboarding program. MTC allows me to do this at scale, using bite-sized, blended learning.

Training is always good to have. This made the training process for my role more seamless

Sometimes when a module was completed, the status would get stuck as if I wasn't finished.

MindTickle Best Sales Training Onboarding Platform and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a platform for the entire team to gain information and content in one spot that helps them learn, message and sell more effectively. I really like that the modules are available so the learner can view and/or go back and revisit information at the time of need or at a best time for them. I like the ability to upload Mp4 recordings from your computer and provide a Q&A using different types of set ups e.g. multiple choice, matching, True and False statements and filling in the boxes with the answer. The modules allow best practice sharing directly from colleagues; the sales people who they gain insights from. You can choose who you want to present on each module so you can use internal experts or learnings from e.g. YouTube presentations - whoever has the most expertise.. Lastly, it provides Marketing with a venue to deliver Field Sales important updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it took awhile to learn how to set up and create each MindTickle Series and their associated modules. It took more time than I thought it would and while customer care is super receptive and quick to respond most of the time my customer care person was in India in a different time zone and as much as we tried, often understanding my customer service person was super challenging. Communication has been challenging but we get through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a tremendous solution to onboarding new sales hires. The Mindtickle Series provides all of our hires with their home study work and now has a check list road map for the new hires. It also provides an avenue to celebrate top performers which is very motivating to the team. It is also great because as the Administrator I can view the analytics and see who is completed what modules and how they are doing on the quizzes. This allows me to hold them accountable and also informs me on areas where more training is needed. Their managers can also view the analytics to stay on top of their new hire's learnings as well. Additionally, it has solved the challenge of getting out new information to our national team. For example if we have a new competitor, we can provide responses via a MindTickle module or if we have a new product or product extension the whole team can learn the detail and messaging using the MindTickle platform.

I like the possibility to give and gather feedback. I also like that Mindtickle is easy to use, and for example videos are quickly uploaded. And the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not need the many notification emails that seem to be default. We would also like there to be a discussion possibility visible to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially the analytics are of great value. There we see the number of viewers, what people like to read and watch and what not.

- At some point (on the admin side) the UI can be a bit confusing.
