A powerful and easy to use tool for quick and accesible training of your salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Admin site is intuitive and easy to use, with a nice look and feel. Support team provides quick and useful assistance. It accepts many fileformats and has many differnet module types that can help you customize your learning site to a great extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document download is not available in mobile app and it is a handicap whensalesforce only uses iPad and do not have access to a laptop. They would like to download documents and save them in their mobile devices. The order in which series appear in mobile app (the order in which they are displayed) is not customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some settings are not enabled by default and support team needs to be contacted to activate them (eg. factopedia, module sections...)
Benefits: easy to asign specific content to specific learners. Easy to remove from groups and thus quickly change what content users have assigned. Very useful for quick onboardings. Course e-mail reminders are useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always speak with their support team because they have a high level of expertise and can give you useful advice. Requesting a demo can help you figure out how MT works and can help you with enablement, coaching, onboardings and training.

What do you like best about the product?
I am admin from AU bank and i like that i can see how many people read content, how much and survey part is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find any yet. i will update for sure if i get any.

Two way communication with team..
very easy to use...
Before starting a campaign we go for survey for better results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If a company wants his employee to learn with fun, they should go for Mindtickle. its good as we can monitor employee's learning chart on real time.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle offers many helpful features, including assessments, certifications, coaching, missions, tags, and analytics. However, the best offering is the service! We have monthly check-ins with our customer success manager to discuss new product features, new use cases, and helpful tips. They also host monthly webinars around product features and industry best practices. Lastly, the support team is quick to respond and is always so helpful and professional. Love the MindTickle team!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been very pleased with the MindTickle platform. There isn't really anything to dislike. One thing to add might be the ability to customize the look and feel of the platform to conform with corporate branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle to introduce new employees to our company, OKRs, products, customers, and business processes. Additionally, we provide a robust onboarding and enablement program for our sales team. The platform has helped us develop a consistent onboarding experience, allowing us to scale from 15 employees to 85 in the last 12 months. The online platform and mobile app are very useful for supporting multiple office locations, as well as employees who travel frequently and/or work remotely. One of the biggest benefits was the ability to train and certify our entire sales team to sell our products.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is easy to learn and deploy. Both the administration as well as the user experience have been positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that technical support is hosted overseas. However, response time is extremely fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this as a learning management system as well as a sales enablement tool. The benefits have been that we are able to release content to our sales teams very quickly with fast adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
The MindTickle App is great and easy to use, and access. My team loves using the app for day to day use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics I want have to be manually completed. Wish these could be automated more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize MindTickle as a content repository, but also for sales certifications, and marketing analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MindTickle is a great solution for those looking for a content repository with true analytics, and quizzing functionality. It's very self explanatory and easy to use for everyone.
